      • What is Max (AI)?

      Max is the Clickmax AI assistant. It works inside the platform: it reads your account data, creates and edits pages, filters contacts and helps with support conversations. You can also connect your own AI (Claude, Cursor, Codex…) to the Clickmax tools over MCP.

      Before you start:

      • Max is in Beta and free for a limited time; it will consume the platform's AI credits later on. Always check the data it shows you before acting on it.
      • Max acts with your permissions: it only sees and changes what your workspace role already allows.
      • To connect an external AI, the prerequisites are in the MCP reference (Portuguese).

      What Max does

      • Creates and edits pages and funnels — it opens in the editor and builds the page from what you ask. See Create.
      • Filters and analyses contacts — describe what you want in plain language (for example, "warm leads created in the last 7 days") and Max builds the filter. See Contacts.
      • Helps with support — it summarises the conversation and drafts a suggested reply while the lead is still talking. See Messaging.
      • Manages external tools — under Manage connections, you can add custom MCP servers and track each connection's status and available actions. Reconnecting a disabled service also re-enables it. Connections only accept HTTPS URLs with a public host.
      • Connects your own AI — MCP gives your AI access to the account data, and Skills teach it how to operate each area.

      MCP and Skills

      To operate Clickmax from outside — from your own AI client — Max is not the path: you use MCP (access to the data) plus Skills (how to operate each area). The step-by-step guide, the skill catalogue and troubleshooting live in the MCP reference (Portuguese).

      • Contacts — where Max filters leads and summarises conversations.
      • Create — where Max builds pages and funnels.
      • "You do not have permission to perform this action" — when an option disappears.

      If it didn't work

      • The Max button does not appear, or an option is missing: see no permission.
      • Your external AI will not connect or returns 401: see the troubleshooting in the MCP reference (Portuguese).
      • A Max action was blocked by an error: see the error codes (Portuguese).
      • "I couldn't complete this reply" — Max did not finish what it was doing. Click Try again. If the message comes back in that same conversation, it has grown too long for Max to carry on: start a new conversation. The old one stays saved and you can reread it whenever you like.

      When a reply takes a while, or the connection wobbles

      A Max reply can go several minutes without writing anything on screen. That is normal for big requests — building a funnel, creating a members area, cloning pages: Max is running the action, and the text only lands once it finishes. Slow is not stuck, and you do not need to send the request again.

      If the connection wobbles mid-reply, Max picks it back up on its own. While that happens you'll see "The connection hiccuped. Max is picking the reply back up — nothing for you to do." — it is information only, and it clears once the reply resumes.

      While it works, Max shows only the current step — what it is thinking or running right now. Earlier steps sit collapsed just below, under Show N earlier steps: click to see everything it has done in this reply, and Hide steps to close it again. Questions and approval requests are never collapsed — those always show in full, because they need an answer from you.

      Closing the tab mid-action does not cancel what Max already started: the work carries on inside Clickmax and you'll find the result when you come back to the conversation.

      Only two notices ask anything of you:

      Very long conversations

      Every conversation has a size limit. Long ones — especially those asking for many actions in a row — creep towards that limit as they grow.

      As it nears the limit, Max summarises the oldest stretches internally so the conversation still fits and it can keep replying. That affects the context Max carries, not what you read: the conversation still shows in full on screen, both while you use it and when you reopen it later.

      The summary shows up differently: across the oldest stretches Max remembers the gist, not every detail. If you need something specific from the start of a very long conversation, repeat it rather than counting on Max to recall it.

      In exceptionally large conversations, reopening may load only the most recent stretch. The rest is still saved — nothing is deleted.

      When a new subject comes up, start a new conversation rather than continuing an old one. Besides keeping you clear of the limit, Max answers more accurately when a conversation sticks to one subject.
