Messaging is the hub where you connect your conversation channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email, SMS and voice) and talk to your contacts from a single inbox.

    Before you start

    • You need permission to manage channels in the workspace.
    • Each channel has its own requirements and limits (a number, an account, a domain). Check the channel's page before connecting.

    Templates

Messages › Templates holds reusable templates, split into channel tabs: Email and SMS already let you create and edit templates. Phone and WhatsApp show a Coming soon badge, are disabled, and don't open anything yet. WhatsApp templates approved by Meta stay in the number's connection; see Create WhatsApp message templates.

    Sending history

First visit, no connected accounts yet

In the Account Center, when a channel has no connected account yet, its screen shows a faded preview of the area, a title (Connect your first WhatsApp number, Connect your first Instagram account, Connect your first Telegram bot or Connect your first email domain), a short summary and three highlights. The button (Connect WhatsApp, Connect Instagram, Connect Telegram or Connect email) does the same as the button at the top.

    If it didn't work

    • The channel will not connect or errors while authenticating: see the error codes (Portuguese).
    • A broadcast is blocked or limited: see the Meta sending limit (Portuguese).
    • No permission when opening Messaging: see no permission.
    • When you use Delete permanently in the Account Center, wait for the current attempt to finish. Confirmation appears only after the account is archived; if it fails, the dialog shows an error.
