How do I stop an offer from showing up for affiliates to promote?
Open the offer, go to the Affiliates block and turn off Available for affiliates to promote. The offer stops appearing in the link lists your affiliates copy to promote.
Use this when one specific offer should not circulate publicly — a negotiated price, a campaign condition, a test offer — but you don't want to shut down the product's whole affiliate program.
Required role: any workspace member. Prerequisite: the offer already exists.
What changes and what doesn't
Turning the switch off is a storefront decision, not a relationship one: you hide the link, you don't undo the partnership. To actually end an affiliation, use the product's affiliate settings instead.
Steps
- Open the product and go to Offers.
- Click the offer you want to take out of circulation.
- Scroll to the Affiliates block at the bottom of the page.
- Turn off Available for affiliates to promote.
- Click Save.
Every offer starts out available for promotion. To undo it, switch it back on and save.
How to spot the offers that are out of circulation
In the listings, an offer you took out of circulation gets the Not available to affiliates badge:
- in the product's Offers list;
- in the Products list, when you expand a product to see its offers.
Only the exception is flagged: an offer affiliates can promote gets no badge at all, because that is the default. A product with no affiliate program shows no badge either — with no affiliates to promote it, the setting changes nothing.
Hover the badge for the reminder that the product's affiliations and commissions remain valid.

If it didn't work
- I saved, but the offer still shows for the affiliate → their browser may be caching the list. Ask them to reload the page.
- I can't find the Affiliates block → it sits at the bottom of the offer edit page, after Checkout settings. Scroll to the end before clicking Save.
- The offer is gone from the list, but the affiliate still earns commission → that's expected. The setting does not end affiliations or stop commissions from links already shared.
