  • What does each part of an Analytics widget show?

Every dashboard widget follows the same anatomy, whatever its type — number, chart, ranking or table. To edit, duplicate or remove a card, see how to edit, duplicate or remove a widget.

    What the card header shows

    • Gray sentence under the title — how the number is counted. It is the same description the widget has in Add widget (for example, "Total revenue from won deals"). Options that change the unit of the number show up there too: 1 per opportunity, Meetings: 1 per opportunity and Self booking only. Number cards (KPIs) do not show the description.
    • Breakdown selector — on a broken-down widget, a button with the dimension name (for example Assignee, Tags or the custom field name) and a small caret. Click it to open Widget settings and change the dimension. Hover it to read "Broken down by … — click to change"; for a custom field, the tooltip also shows the field type and whether it is a contact or an opportunity field. The chosen tags, or the field description, show up in the gray sentence under the title.
    • Crossed-out icon — the card does not use one of the dashboard filters. Crossed-out calendar: only the period does not apply; crossed-out funnel: another filter was left out. Hover it to read "Not applied to this metric:" followed by the filters.

When the card does not show a number

    • Just one more step — the widget is waiting for a choice: the cut stage (the one that separates MQL from SQL), the custom field that breaks down the chart, or up to 8 tags. Click Set up to open Widget settings and choose.
    • This widget could not be loaded — that card's calculation failed; the other widgets keep working. Click Try again to recalculate the dashboard. If the message comes back, review the settings in Edit.
    • No data for the selected filters. — the calculation worked, but there are no records in that scope. Widen the period or remove filters.

In full screen (TV mode), the sentence under the title only shows the cuts that change the number's unit (1 por oportunidade, Só self booking), and the breakdown selector is hidden.
