Turn on dark theme
The switch lives in Settings → Preferences, under the Theme block. There are three cards, each with a miniature of the interface: Light, Dark and System. System follows your computer's or phone's theme — when it switches to dark, the platform switches too, without reloading. The change applies instantly, with nothing to reload or save.
Where dark theme applies
Across the whole platform. There is no longer a list of converted screens: pick Dark and every screen opens dark — Overview, Getting started, Marketing, Messages, Contacts & Sales, Live chat, Products & Deliverables, Sales & Recovery, Projects, Integrations and Settings, including the Pages, Funnels, Automations, Quizzes, Forms, Webchat, Proposals and Email editors.
On each screen dark applies to the whole screen: filters, search, the project selector, the list/grid switch, pagination, tables, charts, metric cards, each item's action menu (Edit, Duplicate, Delete), the Bulk actions bar, the empty states and the dialogs you open from it.
Form fields follow the theme too: the error message under a field (like Required field), the character counter and disabled fields stay readable in dark, a field with an error gets the same red border as in light, and a disabled field keeps its outline, including inside cards. In a disabled field, the field name, the required asterisk, the placeholder text and the names of checkboxes, options and switches all share the same gray in both themes, and a chosen item in a disabled multiple selection keeps its outline. In an active field, the required asterisk shows in red and, in the light theme, the error message uses a darker red that is easier to read.
On the Opportunities board, an opportunity you just created stays highlighted for about 30 seconds so you can spot it in its column: in the light theme the card gets a light blue tone and, in dark, a neon violet with a glow around it.
When you open or reload the platform in dark theme, the loading screen with the logo is dark from the very first moment, with no white flash.
The guided screens to create your first product, connect a sales platform and choose a funnel template also open in dark theme: the card, titles, fields, buttons and the choice between single payment and subscription stay readable, on the same background as the rest of the platform.
In Products & Deliverables, inside a product, the Deliveries and access cards, the notice below each offer (such as Incomplete offer or Sync pending) and the Commission criterion card in the Affiliation tab also follow dark theme, with readable text.
In a product's Co-production tab, the co-producer list takes a dark tone that matches the card, with readable column names and remove icon, and Add Coproducer looks dimmed while it cannot be used. The status badges (Active, Awaiting registration, Awaiting activation, Removed and Not registered) and the notice about when the co-producer becomes active also follow dark theme.
Money fields, such as Original price and Discounted offer price in the offer editor, Shipping price and the From value in a pipeline's commission Tiers / accelerators in Opportunities, show their own background and border in dark theme, like the other fields. With an invalid value, the field gets a red border in both themes, including when creating an offer.
The path at the top of each screen (for example Marketing / Webinar / Webinars) stays a subtle gray, as in the light theme, so the page title stands out.
On screens with tabs right above the content, such as Webinars, Ads, Funnels and the Pages settings, the open tab gets a green line on top and joins the content below it. The same applies inside a webinar, on the Settings, Automations, Statistics, Leads and Sessions tabs.
In Marketing, the fields in the Pages settings, Redirects, the Funnels windows and the Webinars builder look like the other fields of the platform in both themes, and the error message shows right below the field.
In the Members area, the fields and on/off switches for areas, courses, communities, calendars, banners and students look like the other fields of the platform in both themes. The tabs in the area, course, community and calendar editors, and the cover options (Preset, Image and Video), get the green line on top and join the content below them.
In Products & Deliverables, the fields in the product Details, the offers, Coupons, Custom checkouts, deliveries, Affiliation and Co-production follow the same look in both themes too. In Details, the orange border of a pending field (such as the statement descriptor and the support phone) also shows in dark theme, and the support phone uses the same country picker as the other phone fields.
Inside a product, the sections (Dashboard, Details, Offers and the rest) sit on a pill bar, each with an icon, and the open section is a dark pill (light in dark theme). Sections that do not fit the screen width go under More; if the open section is there, the button shows its name. In Affiliation, the tabs right below the bar (Settings, My Affiliates and the rest) get the green line on top and join the content below, like an offer's Settings and Deliverables tabs.
In Contacts & Sales, the fields for contacts, tags, companies, lists, segments, activities, scheduling and pipeline settings follow the same look in both themes, and the phone uses the same country picker as the other phone fields. In event type and pipeline settings, each option's name stays on the left and the switch on the right; clicking the name also turns the option on or off. On a contact, a company, a team, Visitor Analytics and a transaction's details, the open tab gets the green line on top and joins the content below it.
In the dark theme, the background behind forms, tables and metric cards is a recessed, slightly translucent tone that blends with the panel instead of looking like a hole in it. In tables, the header sits one tone above the rows, and each row lightens slightly on hover. In Sales & Recovery, the metric cards in My Sales have a top one tone above the body, the chart card included, and all three have the same height.
In the Create listings (Funnels, Pages, Automations, Forms, Quiz, WebChat and Webinar), cards get a background slightly lighter than the screen, the same tone as the tab content, and the filter menus open with the same background as the other menus in the platform. See what each card shows.
In the Pages editor, the side bars, the Add section panel, the element settings panel, the Style guide, the image gallery, the HTML code editor, the checkout and payment panels and the editor windows follow dark theme, with the area around the page in the same dark tone as the funnel and automation editors.
In the slide Proposals editor, the top bar, the slide column, the Blocks and Properties panel, the Settings and Share windows and the section picker follow dark theme. In the Funnels editor, so do the minimap and the Catalog tab, and in the Forms editor, the thumbnails in the Add element window.
What stays light on purpose
Some areas do not follow the theme because they show what someone else will see — and that person does not use your theme:
- The rendered email, content previews in Messages and the layout-building area inside the visual email editor: the email opens in the recipient's own mail app, so it has to show the real colors you picked, including the message background. The WhatsApp phone screen follows your theme: in dark it shows WhatsApp in its own dark mode.
- The checkout, banner and course cover previews in Products & Deliverables.
- The live preview of the quiz, the form and the webchat widget in the editors.
- The page thumbnails inside the funnel editor.
- The page being edited in the Pages editor and the Style guide preview: they show the colors, fonts and buttons you picked, as the visitor will see them.
- The slide being edited and the slide thumbnails in the Proposals editor: they show the proposal as the customer will see it.
- The color of annotations in the funnel and automation editors: the sticky note keeps the color you picked, with dark text, because the color is yours and not the theme's.
- The student portal of a member area, which has its own theme that you configure.
- The webinar room preview inside the editor: the room has its own theme, chosen by you in the webinar setup, and that is what the attendee will see.
Before you start
- Role: none. The theme is your own preference, not a workspace setting — changing yours does not change anyone else's on the team.
How to switch
- Open Settings and, under My User, click Preferences.
- In the Theme block, click the Light, Dark or System card. The chosen card gets a border and a confirmation badge.
- The interface changes immediately.
Your choice is saved in the browser
The theme is stored in the browser you are using, not on your account. In practice:
- On another computer, in another browser, or on your phone, you start on the light theme until you pick again.
- In a private/incognito window, the platform always opens on the light theme.
- If you clear the site's browsing data, the preference goes back to the light theme.
This is per browser, not per workspace: switching workspace or project keeps the theme you picked.

If it didn't work
- The theme went back to light on its own. You probably signed in from another browser, from a private window, or the site data was cleared — see Your choice is saved in the browser.
- My computer is in dark mode but the platform opens light. The platform only follows your computer with the System card selected. With Light or Dark, your choice wins, whatever the computer's theme.
- The preview stays light even though the rest of the screen is dark. That is on purpose: the preview shows what the customer, the student or the recipient will see, and that person does not use your theme. See What stays light on purpose.
- My students' member area did not go dark. The student portal has its own theme, which you configure on the member area styling screens — it does not follow your platform theme.
- The email editor went dark but the message stayed light. That is on purpose: the editor chrome follows your theme and the layout-building area shows the email as the recipient will get it.
- One specific screen opened light. That is no longer expected — dark applies across the platform. Reload the page; if it persists, report it to support.
