  • What do people see when they open the webinar after the broadcast ended?

Once the session ends, the webinar link stops showing the room and shows the closing page instead: the "class is over" notice, the replay with its deadline, the offer and your contact channels. You build that page in SettingsClosing page step.

Role: any member with access to the workspace.

    How to set it up

    1. Open the webinar and go to SettingsClosing page.
    2. Keep the Closing page switch on.
    3. Fill in the blocks you want and click Save changes.

Every block has its own switch: whatever is off — or missing its required content — simply does not show up for the viewer.

    The blocks on the page

Title and Supporting text open the page. Left empty, the default copy takes over ("Thanks for staying to the end").

With Show duration and audience on, the page shows how long the class ran and how many people watched that session. Both numbers come from the real session — if the audience was small, turn it off.

Grace after the end is how long the room stays as is before switching to the closing page. Useful when you keep answering questions after the video ends. Empty or 0 switches immediately.

    Replay

With Release the replay on, the recording stays available on the page itself, with Watch now and Copy link buttons.

Replay window is the deadline, in hours, counted from the end of that session — 48, for example. The viewer sees a countdown. Left empty, the replay never expires and the countdown disappears.

When the window closes, the replay block goes away and the Message after it expires takes its place — that is what keeps the page from turning into a dead link.

Under Replay chapters you add shortcuts (moment + chapter, in mm:ss) so latecomers jump straight to the point. No chapters, nothing shown.

    Offer

With Repeat the offer on, the offer set up in the Offer step comes back here with the same price, button and checkout — including UTM pass-through, so the click keeps its attribution.

On this page you add the badge above the price, the installments and the guarantee, and set in how many minutes the link closes (counted from the end of the session). Past that deadline the whole block goes away. Left empty, the offer runs without a countdown.

With no offer configured in the Offer step the block never appears — the builder warns you when that is the case.

    Community

An invite to your group (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord). The invite link is required: without it the block does not appear, even when switched on. Title, description, button text and the supporting line are optional.

    Support

A line with a prompt and a button for whoever still has questions. It accepts an https:// link or an email address in mailto: form. With no link, the block does not appear.

    Good to know

    • The page inherits the theme, main color and corner style from the Appearance step, just like the room.
    • If the webinar requires registration, people arriving after the end still go through the form before reaching the page.
    • Opening the replay and clicking the offer are recorded in the contact history — you can use those signals in contact filters.
    • With the closing page off, whoever arrives after the end only sees the "webinar has ended" notice.
