  • How do I see what happened in a webinar session that has ended?

Open the webinar, go to the Sessões (Sessions) tab and click the ended session: below the session numbers you'll find the Relatório da sessão (Session report), consolidated automatically when the session ends. It brings together attendance, retention, the funnel up to the offer, who came, what was said in the chat and who to reach out to in the follow-up.

Role: any member with access to the workspace.

    Open the report

    1. Open the webinar and go to the Sessões tab.
    2. Click a session with the Encerrada (Ended) badge.
    3. Scroll to Relatório da sessão.

Sessions that haven't started, are live or were canceled have no report — it shows up when the session ends. The numbers are recalculated every time you open the screen, so people who open the replay after the end are counted too.

    AI reading

The first block, Leitura da IA (AI reading), is a summary written from the numbers and the real chat messages: a headline and summary, who came, highlights, next actions, chat themes, audience questions and objections.

It is ready a few minutes after the session ends (or seconds after you open the report, if it hasn't been generated yet). If you see that the AI reading could not be generated, click Gerar de novo (Regenerate). A session with no attendance and no chat has no AI reading. The numbers below show up even without it.

    What each block shows

    BlockWhat it shows
IndicatorsAttendees (and the rate over registrants), average and median watch time, peak concurrent viewers, who watched to the end, offer clicks, chat messages, reactions and replay opens.
Automatic readingsShort sentences on what deserves attention: leads who clicked, who saw the offer without clicking, who left before the pitch, chat questions and objections, comparison with previous sessions.
Session funnelRegistered → Attended → Reached the pitch → Saw the offer → Clicked the offer, with each step's conversion.
Retention along the contentThe % of the audience that reached each point of the video, with pitch and offer marks.
People watching at the same timeAudience minute by minute, with chat messages on the same axis.
Arrivals, watch distribution, drop-offsEarly or late arrivals, how much each person watched and the minutes with the most exits.
Audience profileRegistration source and UTMs (with each one's attendance rate), personal or company e-mail, domains, states (from the contact or the phone area code), cities, new or existing leads, customers, temperature, gender, age, profession, tags and registration lead time.
Live chatMost mentioned words, top chatters, questions, buying signals, objections and praise, and the offer click rate of chatters versus silent viewers.
Follow-up segmentsLists of people — clicked the offer, saw the offer without clicking, left before the pitch, stayed to the end, arrived late, did not attend — sorted by engagement.
This session × previous onesAttendance, average watch time, offer click and registrations of this session against the average of the webinar's previous sessions.

Each person's engagement goes from 0 to 100: half comes from how much of the content they watched and the rest from reaching the pitch, seeing the offer, clicking it and talking in the chat.

    Export the session's people

Click Exportar CSV at the top of the report. The file has one row per person (registrants and viewers without registration) with contact, source, UTMs, watch time, milestones, chat messages, engagement, state, city, temperature, tags and the CRM contact id. For very large sessions, the CSV has the 5,000 most engaged people.
