Seller registration (KYC)
Seller registration is the identity verification (KYC) that activates your seller profile. Without it you can sell, but you do not receive the money from those sales. Open the identity verification, complete the steps and submit for review — it takes roughly 3 minutes.
Before you start
- Role: you must be the workspace Owner or Finance. Other roles cannot submit the registration.
- Plan:
- Have the checklist documents ready. Each file can be at most 1 MB (PNG, JPG or PDF).
- Decide whether you are registering as an individual or as a company. The account type cannot be changed once the registration data is submitted.
Where to find it
In the side menu, open Settings → My Account group → Seller settings. It is the same screen the pending-registration notices open, and it holds the Status, Registration data, Bank account, Biometrics and Preferences tabs.
Document checklist
Gather these first to move quickly:
- Photo ID
- A selfie holding the ID
- Bank details: bank, branch and account number with check digit
- A payment key belonging to the same account holder
- Company: current articles of incorporation
- Individual: proof of address (optional)
Step by step
- Open the identity verification and start it. There is a checklist view if you want to review everything first.
- On the account type step, choose individual or company and continue.
- On the registration data step, fill in the personal (or company) details, the address and the estimated monthly revenue. Validate the step and continue. Progress saves automatically.
- On the receiving account step, enter the bank account details, the payment key and the bank statement. The account and the key must belong to the same holder.
- On the identity verification step, complete the biometric capture (or upload the ID documents when asked).
- Review everything and submit for review.
You get an email confirming the registration was received and is under review. The outcome — approval or a pending item — arrives by email later.
If you are asked to update your identity verification
Even with an approved registration, a notice may appear saying "Update your identity verification to keep withdrawing.", with an Update verification button. The same prompt appears when you try to request a withdrawal. It means the verification process changed and your identity has to be confirmed again through the biometric capture.
Withdrawals stay blocked until you complete it. Your sales continue normally.
- Click Update verification, either in the notice or in the message shown when you try to withdraw.
- The seller registration opens on the identity verification step. If any detail from an earlier step is still missing, it opens on that pending step instead — fill it in and continue to the identity verification.
- Complete the biometric capture. The continue button only unlocks once the capture is done.
- Submit for review and confirm on the final screen.
The notice disappears once you confirm on the final screen. If it keeps showing, the capture was not accepted — repeat the steps.
If something is rejected
If any detail is rejected, a notice appears about pending registration data (or about the bank account), with the reason and a button to correct it. Fix what was flagged and resubmit from the same screen — resubmitting returns it to review automatically.
You also get an email letting you know something is pending. The detailed reason only appears on the platform — the email takes you straight to that screen.
