Which sales count in the funnel revenue?
In Analytics Mode, Revenue, Purchases, Buyers, Average ticket and Refunds count the sales made on a page that is a funnel step, within the chosen period. Sales from the ClickMax checkout count, and so do Whop Checkout, Hotmart Checkout, Stripe Checkout and Checkout Pagar.me block sales linked to the page. Amounts are always shown in one currency at a time.
Where the sales come from
- ClickMax checkout: every sale made in the checkout of a funnel page.
- Whop Checkout: every sale made through the Whop Checkout block on a funnel page, when the block panel shows Sales from this checkout are linked to this page. This applies both to the External Checkout step and to a regular page with the block. See How to use the Whop checkout as a step in my funnel.
- Hotmart Checkout: every sale made through the Hotmart Checkout block on a published funnel page, once Hotmart sends the purchase webhook to your Hotmart integration. This applies both to the External Checkout step and to a regular page with the block. See How to use the Hotmart checkout as a step in my funnel.
- Stripe Checkout: every sale made through the Stripe Checkout block on a published funnel page, once Stripe sends the purchase webhook to your Stripe integration. This applies both to the External Checkout step and to a regular page with the block. See How to use the Stripe checkout as a step in my funnel.
- Checkout Pagar.me: every sale made through the Checkout Pagar.me block on a published funnel page, once Pagar.me sends the purchase webhook to your Pagar.me integration. This applies both to the External Checkout step and to a regular page with the block. A boleto or Pix counts in revenue once it is paid. See How to use the Pagar.me checkout as a step in my funnel.
Sales the external platform recorded without an amount are left out.
How each number is counted
The order bump is part of the order: its amount is already in the main sale and it does not count as an extra purchase.
Sales in more than one currency
Adding reais to dollars wouldn't give a real number, so the panel shows one currency at a time:
- By default, it shows the currency with the highest revenue in the period. With no sales at all, the currency is the Brazilian real.
- When the funnel has sales in two or more currencies in the period, a currency selector shows up next to the period, at the top of the panel. The chosen currency applies to the panel and to the cards of every step.
- Purchases adds up the sales of every currency, because it is a count. Revenue, Buyers, Average ticket and Refunds show only the chosen currency.
A/B test
When the versions of an A/B test are sales pages, purchases made through the Whop Checkout, Hotmart Checkout, Stripe Checkout and Pagar.me Checkout blocks also count to pick the winning version.
