"No permission" showed up when doing an action
The notice with a lock shows up when the platform refuses an action because the job title you have in this workspace does not allow it. It says what was missing — for example, Your job title doesn't allow “Create” on Leads (CRM). — and nothing was changed. Ask a workspace admin to adjust your job title.
Before you start
- Role: the Owner or an Admin of the workspace grants access. They have full access and never see this notice.
What the notice says
When several actions are refused at once (a screen loading several blocks, for example), they arrive in a single notice, with the first one spelled out and the rest counted.
How to get access
- Note the action and the resource the notice shows.
- Ask a workspace admin to open Settings → Permissions.
- In your job title's column, they adjust that action's cell for that resource and click Save changes — or give you another job title that already has access, in Settings → Members.
- Saving signs you out: sign in again and the new access applies.

If it did not work
- The notice keeps showing after the job title was adjusted: sign out and back in — the new job title applies from the next sign-in.
- The cell is allowed, but the action is still refused: check the resource's View. Without it, the person cannot reach the resource's screens — the Permissions screen marks this case with an orange !.
- "Action not allowed" showed up: it is a feature rule, not the job title. Read the message that comes with it.
- "Not available on this account" or the "Your account doesn't have" screen showed up: adjusting the job title doesn't help. Ask Clickmax support to turn it on; once it is on, the feature comes back with the permissions the job titles already had.
