  • How do I complete or cancel several activities at once?

Under Contacts & Commercial → Activities, List view: tick the checkbox on the ongoing activities and use the bar that appears at the bottom. Meetings and tasks can be closed in the same selection.

    Before you start

    • Role: you can only select what you already see in the list. Anyone operating the CRM sees their own activities; Owner, Admin and Editor see the team's.
    • Selection exists only in the List view. The Calendar view has no bulk action.

    Select the activities

    1. Open Activities. The List tab opens first.
    2. Apply the filter or search that isolates what you want to close — for example Overdue, or one attendant under Filters.
    3. Tick the checkbox on each ongoing activity.
    4. The action bar appears at the bottom with the selected count. Next to the count, Select the N visible ticks every ongoing activity on screen at once; the X clears the selection.

Only ongoing activities have checkboxes. Done ones have none: what already reached an outcome is not closed again.

The selection only reaches the activities loaded on screen. To close more than the first block, click Load more before Select the N visible. Changing a filter or the search clears the selection, because the list underneath it changed.

    Mark as done

    1. With the activities selected, click Meeting happened (or Complete tasks, depending on what you selected).
    2. The confirmation lists what will happen to each type. Click Confirm.

    The result per type:

    TypeWhat happens
Meeting (appointment)Becomes Completed and leaves the pending queue
TaskIs closed with a positive outcome (Resolved)

    Cancel

    1. With the activities selected, click Cancel meeting (or Cancel tasks).
    2. Write the Reason. It is required and applies to every activity in the selection.
    3. Click Cancel activities.

    The result per type:

    TypeWhat happens
Meeting (appointment)Is cancelled, and attendees get the cancellation notice with the reason
TaskIs closed as Unresolved, with the reason recorded

When the selection mixes meetings and tasks

The action does not mean the same thing for both types, so the confirmation opens with a warning stating how many meetings and how many tasks are selected, followed by one line per type explaining the effect. If that is not what you want, click Back and split the selection into two rounds.

The button label follows the selection too: meetings only reads Meeting happened; tasks only, Complete tasks; mixed, Mark as done.

    If it did not work

    • The bar does not appear → no row is ticked, or you ticked under Done, which is not selectable. Tick an ongoing activity.
    • The message says some failed → the ones that worked are already closed; the ones that failed are still ongoing. The usual cause is an activity leaving your reach (another attendant took it over) or someone else closing it while you were selecting. Reload the list and retry only the remaining ones.
    • I selected everything and activities were left over → Select the N visible ticks what is loaded, not the total. Click Load more and use the shortcut again.
