      • Integrate TMB

      To receive TMB sales and checkout steps in Clickmax, set a Key and a Value of your choice and click Create integration. Then register the generated URL in TMB's webhooks with that same Key and Value and click Complete integration. The API Token is optional.

      Before you start

      • Workspace role: Owner, Admin, Editor or Collaborator. Finance, Guest and Attendant do not see Integrations.
      • You need to log in to TMB as a Producer.
      • API Token (optional): without it the integration still receives sales. It only lets you pick TMB products from a list when setting up automations. Without the token, you enter the product manually.

      Steps

      1. In Clickmax, open Integrations and select the TMB card.
      2. Choose a Key and a Value (for example, x-api-key and a long random password) and fill in both fields. Keep them: you will repeat them in TMB.
      3. Optional: in TMB, in the side menu, go to Produtos > TMB API, click Gerar Token, copy the access token and paste it into the API Token (optional) field in Clickmax.
      4. Enter an Integration nickname and click Create integration.
      5. Clickmax generates the webhook URL. Copy it.
      6. In TMB, go to Produtos > Integrações, select the product, click Webhook Vendas and then Nova Configuração.
      7. Paste the URL in the URL field, fill in the same Key and Value from step 2, turn on Status and click Salvar.
      8. On the same screen, click Webhook Etapas do Checkout and Nova Configuração. Under Eventos, check the steps you want to receive, paste the same URL, the same Key and Value, turn on Status and click Salvar.
      9. Back in Clickmax, click Complete integration.

      What starts arriving

      The sales and the checkout steps you checked in TMB reach Clickmax and can start automations. The event list is in Automation triggers.

      If it didn't work

      • "Invalid TMB Api Token" when creating the integration — TMB did not accept the API Token. Generate a new one in Produtos > TMB API or leave the field empty.
      • No events arrive — check that the URL, Key and Value registered in TMB are exactly the same as in Clickmax and that the webhook Status is on.
      • The TMB product list does not show up in an automation — the integration was created without the API Token. Enter the product manually or edit the integration and add the token.
