Connect Nuvemshop
Click Connect with Nuvemshop, approve access in your store admin and you are done: orders start creating or updating contacts (tagged nuvemshop), recording sales and firing automations. There is no token to copy and no webhook to register — Clickmax registers everything in your store for you.
Before you start
- Workspace role: Owner, Admin, Editor or Collaborator. The Finance, Guest and Agent roles have no access to Integrations.
- In Nuvemshop you must be able to log in to the store admin and approve app installations.
Steps
- In Clickmax, open Integrations and select the Nuvemshop card.
- Click Connect with Nuvemshop.
- You are taken to the Nuvemshop admin. Log in if you are not logged in yet.
- Review the permissions and approve the installation. Clickmax only asks for read access to orders, customers and products — it never changes anything in your store.
- You come back to Integrations with the Nuvemshop connected message, and the integration shows up in the list with your store name.
Done. From then on, store events arrive on their own.
Install from Nuvemshop
You can also start on the Nuvemshop side by installing the Clickmax app from your store admin:
- Approve the installation in Nuvemshop.
- You land on Connect your Nuvemshop store to Clickmax. Click Sign in to my account or, if you don't have an account yet, Create a Clickmax account.
- If you have more than one workspace, pick the one the store goes into.
- Check the store and the workspace and click Connect to this workspace.
When creating an account, confirm your email in the same browser: after the new account's initial questionnaire, you come straight back to step 4. The installation link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires (or you confirm the email on another device), open the Clickmax app again in the Nuvemshop admin to get a new one.
Opening the app again on a store that is already connected doesn't duplicate anything: it only renews access and takes you back to Integrations.
What starts coming in
Every event with an email creates or updates a contact tagged nuvemshop, records an activity in the contact history and can fire automations. Some of them also record a sale.
Things that often raise questions:
- The abandoned cart trigger fires when the buyer starts the checkout, not after some time without buying — Nuvemshop does not send a delayed abandonment notice. In your recovery automation, add a wait before the first message and use Nuvemshop order paid as an exit trigger, so buyers who complete the purchase are not chased.
- Refunds and chargebacks come from the order status change. When Nuvemshop marks the order as refunded or charged back, the same sale changes status — no second sale is created.
- A refund never changes the sale amount. A partial refund marks the sale Refunded while keeping the order total.
- An unpaid order comes in as Pending (pix, bank slip). When the payment is confirmed, the same sale becomes Approved. An order that is already paid goes straight to Approved.
- A Pending sale does not count as revenue. Revenue metrics, average ticket and contact LTV only add up approved sales.
- One sale per order, not per product. An order with three products creates one sale with the order total and three activities in the contact history, one per product.
- A paid order marks the contact as a customer.
- Orders without an email are ignored, because without an email the contact cannot be identified.
Product filter
In the triggers you can filter by product: Clickmax lists the products straight from your store. The trigger fires when the chosen product is in any item of the order or cart. The customer created trigger has no product filter — there is no order in that event.
Disconnect
- From Clickmax: delete the integration in Integrations. Clickmax removes the webhooks from your store and stops receiving events.
- From Nuvemshop: uninstall the app in the store admin. The integration is archived in Clickmax automatically.
Contacts, sales and activities already received stay in your account either way. To receive events again, connect again (through the button or by installing the app from Nuvemshop): the store's previous integration is reactivated in the same workspace, without duplicating it.

If it did not work
- "Connection canceled" appeared: you did not approve access in the Nuvemshop admin. Click Connect with Nuvemshop again and approve.
- "Could not connect Nuvemshop" appeared: try again in a few minutes. If the error persists, contact support.
- "This installation link has expired" appeared: the link is valid for 24 hours and only once. Open the Clickmax app again in the Nuvemshop admin.
- "You can't connect integrations in this workspace" appeared: your role doesn't allow it. Ask an admin to finish, or click Use another workspace.
- No event arrives: check that the integration is active in Integrations and that the app is still installed in your store. If you uninstalled it, connect again through the button.
- A specific order did not arrive: orders without a buyer email are discarded. Check the order in the Nuvemshop admin.
