  • Where do I see what I have already done and what is left in Clickmax

In Getting started. It shows up in two places:

    • In the Getting started button, while any task is still pending. On a computer it sits at the top of the screen, to the left of search, and opens the list over the screen you are on. On mobile it sits at the top of each screen, next to the videos button, and opens the list from the bottom. The button shows how many tasks you have done.
    • In Settings → Getting started, always, even after you finish everything.

    Before you start

    • Role: Getting started shows for people who run the account. Accounts invited only for customer service do not see the checklist.
    • Progress belongs to the account, not the person. If someone on your team created the product, the task shows as done for everyone.
    • Nothing here is mandatory and nothing blocks the platform. You can do the tasks in any order.

    The four stages

    StageWhat it asks
Have something to sellRegister the product and set the price and payment method
Build the storefrontPublish a page and build a funnel
Talk to whoever arrivesConnect WhatsApp, create an automation, publish a quiz and set up the members area
Close the saleCreate the pipeline, log the first opportunity, complete your seller registration and make the first sale

The first stage with a pending task opens by itself. The others start collapsed: click Expand to see their tasks and Hide to collapse them again. No stage is locked.

The circle next to the stage name shows how much of it is done. When the whole stage is done it turns green with a check.

Do it manually or with AI

Each pending task has two buttons:

    • Do it manually takes you straight to where the thing is created, the same place you would reach from the menu. Set the price and payment method and Make your first sale open My products: that is where you pick the product to create its offer and copy its checkout link.
    • Do it with AI opens a conversation with Max, who walks you through the task. On some tasks the button is called Ask AI: there Max first explains the options and what you will need. See Set up your account with Max from Getting started.

If the AI button is grey, hover over it to see why — for example, your access does not include Max. Do it manually always works.

What Clickmax needs to detect to tick each task

You never tick anything by hand: a task is done when the platform detects that the account did it, and the screen updates by itself. There are twelve tasks:

    • register a product
    • create an offer
    • publish a page
    • build a funnel
    • connect a customer service channel
    • create an automation
    • publish a quiz
    • set up the members area
    • create a pipeline
    • log an opportunity in the CRM
    • have your seller registration confirmed
    • receive the first sale

It also counts what the account did before Getting started existed: if you registered a product last year, the task already shows as done.

Some tasks close at a moment that is not the obvious one:

    • Connect WhatsApp closes with any connected customer service channel: Instagram, Telegram or an email inbox also count. The website chat does not, because it does not go through a provider connection.

    • Set up the members area closes on the first published lesson, not when you create the course.

    • Publish a quiz closes when the quiz goes live, not when you create it.

    • Complete your seller registration closes when the Basic registration step of the Seller registration is done, or when the seller account is approved. Complementary details, bank account and identity verification are not part of this task.

When every task is done, the Getting started button goes away. The list stays in Settings → Getting started, with everything ticked.

    Getting started for affiliates

If you are going to promote other people's products as an affiliate instead of selling your own, open Settings → Getting started and choose Affiliates at the top. Or use the Getting started for affiliates button on the notice at the top of the platform.

    StageWhat it asks for
Complete your seller registrationComplete the basic step of the Seller registration (account type, name, email and CPF or CNPJ)
Share your linkCopy your affiliate link in Refer and earn or in the products you promote
Earn your first commissionMake your first sale as an affiliate
    • Make your first sale as an affiliate closes when someone buys through your affiliate link.
    • Copy your affiliate link never gets a done mark: copying happens only in your browser, so the platform cannot know. It stays as a shortcut, outside the stage counter.
    • The affiliate track only shows in Settings → Getting started. The Getting started button at the top and Max show the sales track.

Hide it and show it again

To remove the Getting started button from the top, open the list and click Skip getting started at the bottom. If tasks are still pending, Clickmax asks you to confirm and tells you where to show it again. The X in the corner only closes the list.

To show it again, go to Settings → Getting started and turn on Show getting started.

    • Hiding deletes nothing: progress stays the same and tasks keep being ticked.
    • The choice is only yours. Other people in the same workspace still see Getting started.
    • The choice is saved to your account, so it applies on any browser and device.

The "Your account is ready" notice

After you finish signing up, a bar appears at the top of the platform with Your account is ready and two buttons: Getting started for sales and Getting started for affiliates. Both take you to Settings → Getting started, each on its own track. It is only a shortcut: it blocks nothing and does not show on the Getting started page itself.

The bar goes away by itself when:

    • you close it with the X. It then does not come back on any browser or device, because the dismissal is saved to your account;
    • you finish the Have something to sell stage;
    • you hide Getting started;
    • the account turns 30 days old.

Closing the bar does not hide Getting started.

Where else do I find this

    • Searching for "getting started", "where to start" or "onboarding" in the platform search.
    • If you arrived through an ad and saw the AI create box on your first visit, that is something else: that one is the first-session box, which shows up once. Getting started is the permanent place to come back to.
    • Old links to the Getting started page take you straight to Settings → Getting started.
