How do I choose which notifications I get in the app and on my phone?
In Settings > Notifications, every alert has two switches: In app (the bell and history inside Clickmax) and Mobile push (the notification from the Clickmax app installed on your phone). Turn each one on or off independently. Changes apply immediately and only to your user.
Before you start
- Role: any workspace user can adjust their own preferences. They do not change what other people receive.
- Mobile push: only arrives if the Clickmax app is installed and paired with your account (QR code scan under Settings > Connections). Without a paired device the column stays on but nothing is delivered.
Steps
- Open Settings and click Notifications.
- In the General section, the All notifications row turns a whole column on or off. With a column off here, no alert goes out through it, even if the alert's own switch is on.
- In the Sales & Payments, Pipeline, Automations, Platform, Connected accounts, Live Chat and Affiliates sections, turn each alert on or off in the column you want.
- The Preferences saved message confirms each change. There is no save button.
A greyed-out switch that does not accept clicks means that alert is not delivered on that channel. Hover to see This notification is not delivered on this channel.
What triggers each alert
Pipeline alerts go to the workspace owner and to the attendants responsible for the opportunity. Nobody else receives them. Opportunity assigned to you and First-contact SLA breached are narrower still: they go only to the card's owner (with no owner, the SLA alert goes to the workspace owner).
Email inbox alerts go to the workspace owner and to the administrators, with the inbox page one click away, and also by email. You get one alert per outage: if the inbox keeps failing you do not get another until it recovers. When the password is rejected the alert arrives within a few minutes; for email server outages, only after more than an hour. While an inbox is failing it shows a Failing badge under Settings > Connections and in the Live Chat channels panel.
Automations alerts go to the workspace owner. With a single automation the click opens its editor; with several, the alert lists the names and does not open a specific automation.
WhatsApp, Account needs to be reconnected and Account disconnected alerts go to the workspace owner and to the administrators, and the click opens the channel's account list under Settings > Connections. You get one alert per number outage: while it stays down you do not get another, and the back-online alert only arrives if you were told it went down. Account disconnected is also emailed to the owner.
Live Chat alerts go only to the person handling the conversation, and clicking opens the conversation. New message is sent at most once a minute for the same conversation: several messages in a row from the contact become a single push, and conversations without an agent send no push. Conversation assigned to you is not sent when you take the conversation yourself, or when it becomes yours because you replied. The sound and the in-app new message notice are set separately, in the Notifications tab of the Live Chat settings.
Some alerts have no switch of their own and follow only the All notifications row: alerts created by automations (the Notify owner action).
Affiliates alerts go to the workspace owner. Clicking Testimonial request opens Affiliated products, where you write the testimonial; clicking Testimonial to review opens the Social proof tab of the producer profile.

If it did not work
- No push on my phone. Check that All notifications is on in the Mobile push column and that the alert is on in that column. Then check under Settings > Connections that the device shows as paired; if not, scan the QR code again from the app.
- The Mobile push switch is greyed out for the email inbox alerts. That is expected: these alerts exist only in the app and by email, because they call for an action on your computer (updating the inbox password).
- I get the alert in the app but not on my phone (or the other way round). The columns are independent. Turn on the missing column in the alert's row.
- I turned an alert off and it keeps coming. Make sure you are not looking at a similarly named alert: Pix or boleto generated and Pix expired are separate switches.
- I got "WhatsApp number down" and "Automation paused" together. That is expected: they are different alerts. The first is about the number; the second only arrives when an automation used that number and was paused. Turn off the one you do not want.
- The In app switch is greyed out for Pix or boleto generated. That is expected: this alert only exists as mobile push.
