  • How to filter tasks by due date, priority or outcome

On the Tasks page, the Filters button opens a screen of ready-made filters — Overdue, Due today, Unassigned, Urgent and others. One click applies the slice. If you need something no ready-made filter covers, Advanced filter at the bottom opens the drawer with every field.

    Before you start

    • A workspace role with CRM access and permission to view tasks.
    • If you are an attendant, the list already shows only your tasks — the filters slice within that set.

    Apply a ready-made filter

    1. Open Tasks in the CRM menu.
    2. Click Filters, on the right above the list.
    3. Click the card that answers your question. The filter is applied and the screen closes.

The applied card stays marked when you reopen the screen. Clicking it again clears the filter — no need to go to the advanced one. The Filters button also shows how many slices are active, for example Filters (2).

    Available ready-made filters

    CategoryFilterWhat it brings
ActionsOverduePending tasks past their due date.
    ActionsDue todayPending tasks due today.
ActionsDue in 7 daysPending tasks due within the week.
QueueMy tasksPending tasks where you are the attendant.
QueueUnassignedPending tasks nobody has taken yet.
QueueNo due datePending tasks with no date set.
    PriorityUrgentPending tasks marked as urgent.
PriorityHigh priorityPending tasks marked urgent or high.
PriorityNo priorityPending tasks that never got a priority.
OutcomeCompleted with no outcomeLeft the queue without anyone recording the outcome.
OutcomeWent wellWith a positive outcome recorded.
OutcomeDid not go wellWith a negative outcome recorded.

"Pending" means tasks that are Open or Scheduled — the ones still asking for action. My tasks only appears if you have an attendant record.

Build a filter in the advanced screen

    1. On the filters screen, click Advanced filter at the bottom.
    2. Select the items you want in each section: Status, Type, Priority, Due date, Outcome, Attendant and Pipeline.
    3. Click Apply filters.

Within one section, selecting two items adds both results together; across different sections, every slice must be satisfied at once.

If you reached the advanced screen after applying a ready-made filter, it opens with that filter's selections already marked — you can adjust instead of starting over. The Pipeline section does not appear when you open the list from inside a pipeline, because the slice is already applied.

Due date: one date option at a time

Overdue, Due today and Due in 7 days are mutually exclusive: picking one clears the previous. Clicking the one already selected turns the date slice off.

No due date is independent of the other three. Selected on its own, it shows only tasks with no date. Selected together with Due in 7 days, it shows both sets — what is due this week and what never had a due date.

Overdue covers everything past its due date, with no floor: a task forgotten months ago still shows up. Due in 7 days counts from now, so something that expired this morning appears under Overdue, not here.

Outcome: "No outcome yet" is not the same as negative

The outcome is recorded when the task is completed — Positive when it happened (the call was answered, the lead replied, the meeting took place) and Negative when it did not.

No outcome yet is the third state: the task has no recorded outcome. It is the slice for finding what fell through the cracks, and it does not fall under Negative.

    Unassigned is independent too

Like No due date, the Unassigned option coexists with the people you select. Selecting Unassigned together with an attendant returns their tasks plus the ones with no owner — useful for whoever distributes the queue.

The numbers at the top follow the filter

The four indicators above the list — Total, Open, Completed and Overdue — adjust along with Type, Priority, Due date, Outcome, Attendant, Pipeline and the search. Filtering by Urgent priority, for example, makes all four numbers count only the urgent ones.

Status is the deliberate exception: the four indicators already are the status breakdown of the slice, so filtering by status there would zero out the other three. Selecting only Completed changes the table, not the indicators.
