    A redirect is a short link on your domain that points at any address — a funnel page, a WhatsApp group, a checkout. Useful for ads, social bios and print, where the link needs to be short and permanent while the destination changes.

    Before you start

    Create a redirect

    1. Go to Marketing → Redirects in the side menu (Links group, next to Short links). The screen moved out of Settings → Domains; old links to it still open the new location.
    2. Create a new redirect.
    3. Choose the domain, set the short link's path and enter the destination URL.
    4. Save.

    Because the destination is editable, you can change where the link points without republishing an ad that is already live.

    Use the QR Code to take a short link to print, slides or stories: whoever scans it opens the link directly.

    1. In Marketing → Redirects, find the domain or the link.
    2. Click the QR Code icon on its row:
      • on a domain row, the QR Code opens the domain's address;
      • on a link row, the QR Code opens the full link, including its path (for example, yourdomain.com/offer). The same icon is available on the domain's detail page.
    3. In the Link QR Code window, check the address shown under the image and choose:
      • Download PNG to save a high-resolution image;
      • Copy image to paste the QR Code straight into another app.

    Because the QR Code points at the short link rather than the destination, it keeps working when you change the destination URL — there is no need to generate or reprint a new one.

    A link used in an automation, a broadcast or a funnel stops working when it is deleted: the message goes out without it. Before deleting, check what still depends on the link.

    1. In Marketing → Redirects, open the ⋯ menu on the link's row.
    2. Click Where it is used. The window lists, by type, the automations, the broadcasts not sent yet (draft, scheduled or queued), the templates and the funnels that use the link, with each one's status.
    3. Click an item to open its screen and swap the link before deleting.

    The same list shows up in the Delete confirmation, under the link's name. Links created by a funnel show a note saying the funnel manages them: deleting one here removes it from the funnel's traffic.

    Broadcasts already sent are not listed, but anyone who clicks the link in those messages after the deletion is no longer redirected either.

    First visit, no domains yet

    When you don't have any domains yet, the Redirects screen shows a faded preview of the area, the title Add your first domain, a short summary and three highlights. The Get started button does the same as the main button at the top and takes you to the step for connecting or migrating your domain. The Buy domain button does the same as the buy button at the top. A search or filter with no results doesn't show this screen: the plain message that nothing was found stays.

    If it didn't work

    • The short link does not open: confirm the domain shows as Connected in Domains.
    • The destination changed but the link still goes to the old address: browsers cache redirects — test in a private window.
    • Copy image showed an error: some browsers don't allow copying images to the clipboard. Use Download PNG and insert the saved file instead.
