  • How do I choose an image in the page editor?

When you change the image of an element, the editor opens the image gallery full screen. It is the same gallery as in the email editor. The chosen image goes into the page with a Clickmax address that does not expire.

Role: anyone who can edit pages.

Choose an image from the project

    1. In the editor, select the image (or the element with an image) and open the image picker.
    2. The gallery opens on Todos os arquivos (All files): the images in the project folder inside Assets de páginas (Page assets), in the Drive. In the Pastas (Folders) column, filter by a subfolder.
    3. Use the name search or change the order between most recent and name.
    4. Hover over the image and click Usar (Use), or double-click it.

To upload a new image, click Enviar imagem (Upload image) or drag files onto the gallery. Each image can be up to 10 MB. Click an image (not on Usar) to change its name, alt text and folder, or to delete it.

Search photos in the External library

At the top of the left column, Biblioteca externa (External library) searches free Unsplash photos. It opens with "Paisagem" (landscape) photos; type another topic in the search field to change it. Click a photo to use it: Clickmax saves a copy in the project folder and places the image on the page.

Bring an image from the Drive

In Do seu Drive (From your Drive), at the bottom of the left column, browse Meu drive (My drive) and the team spaces you can access, including private folders. When you click an image, Clickmax creates a copy of it in the project folder and places it on the page. The original file stays private.

    If something does not work

    • From your Drive shows that it could not open the Drive: you have no access to the workspace Drive. The rest of the gallery keeps working.
    • The External library photo does not come in: the download took too long or the image went over the limit. Pick another photo.
