Connect Lastlink
Create the integration in Clickmax, copy the generated integration URL and register a webhook in Lastlink pointing to it. From then on every Lastlink purchase, refund, subscription or abandoned cart becomes a contact and an activity in Clickmax.
Required role: only Owner and Admin manage integrations — see Roles and permissions. Required plan:
Before you start: have access to your Lastlink account and know which product you want to integrate. In Lastlink the webhook is configured per product.
Steps
- In Clickmax, under Integrations, choose Lastlink, name it and click Create integration. Leave the Token field empty for now: Lastlink only generates that value in step 6.
- Copy the integration URL generated by Clickmax.
- In Lastlink, go to Products and click the product you want to integrate.
- In the product settings, go to Integrations, search for Lastlink - Webhook and click Activate.
- Click New webhook, name it, paste the Clickmax URL into the URL field and click Select to choose the events you want to receive.
- Click Save. Copy the token Lastlink shows for that webhook.
- Back in Clickmax, edit this integration, paste the value into the Token field and click Finish integration.
Repeat steps 3 to 6 for every product you want to integrate, using the same URL.
Events received
Every Lastlink event creates or updates a contact with the lastlink tag, and records one activity per product in the order.
All of these are also available as automation triggers, with an optional product filter. For the data format, see the webhook reference and the event catalog.
Values on activities
The recorded sale always uses the order total. On the contact activity:
- an order with one product shows the amount paid;
- an order with two or more products shows each product without a value, because Lastlink reports each item's catalog price, not how much was charged for it in that order. We prefer showing no value over showing one the customer never paid.

If it did not work
- The contact does not show up: events without the buyer's email are ignored. Check that your Lastlink checkout captures email; see the error codes.
- Lastlink reports a sending error: check that the registered URL is correct and that the Token pasted in Clickmax is the same one Lastlink shows on the webhook. A different token makes Clickmax reject the delivery.
- Only one product receives events: the Lastlink webhook is per product. Repeat steps 3 to 6 on the missing product.
- The automation does not fire: confirm the product selected in the trigger is the one in the order. A trigger with no product fires for any Lastlink product.
