  • How do I create a ready-made dashboard in Analytics?

Open Analytics in the main menu, click New dashboard and pick a template. Each template shows a preview of the dashboard itself — the same cards you will get, filled with sample data — and the filters at the top split the templates by business area.

Before you start: you need the Relatórios (Reports) permission to create dashboards. See the permissions table.

    Steps

    1. In the main menu, click Analytics (right below Overview).
    2. In the top-right corner, click New dashboard.
    3. At the top of the window, filter by area: All, Business overview, CRM & Sales team, Sales & Revenue, Marketing & Traffic or Automations & Support.
    4. Compare the previews. The Sample data badge is a reminder that the thumbnail numbers are illustrative — yours show up after you create it.
    5. Click the template you want (or Blank to build from scratch). To have Max build the dashboard from a description, see how to create a dashboard with AI.
    6. Check the Dashboard name (it comes with the template name) and, if you want, add a filter. It is optional and can be changed later, right on the dashboard.
    7. Click Create dashboard. The dashboard opens ready, with the widgets split into sections.

    Templates by area

    • Business overview: 360° Business View — visitors, leads, won opportunities, revenue, automations, messages, support and recovery in a single board.
    • CRM & Sales team: Sales Pace, Sales Command, Closing & Revenue, Win/Loss & Reasons, Pipeline & Hygiene, Meetings, Prospecting Cadence, Sales Overview, Team Performance, Funnel & Conversion, Revenue & Products and Activities & Follow-up.
    • Sales & Revenue: Sales & Checkout, Subscriptions & Recurring, Sales Recovery, Other Platforms and Affiliates.
    • Marketing & Traffic: Visitors & Conversion, Acquisition & Channels and Lead Acquisition.
    • Automations & Support: Automation Health, Campaigns & Messages and Customer Support.

    Good to know

    • To switch dashboards, click its name at the top of the screen: the list opens with search, See all dashboards (the page with a preview of each one) and New dashboard. To rename, reorder or delete the dashboard, open the arrow next to New dashboard (This dashboard section).
    • The dashboard you create is yours: swap, remove or resize any widget, and rename the sections.
    • On checkout sales, subscriptions, recovery, visitors, automations, messaging and affiliate widgets, only the dashboard period applies; the other filters show on the card as not applied.
    • Each widget from outside the CRM follows the permission of its source area (for example, Sales or Automations). Without it, the card shows No access to this data, and the rest of the dashboard keeps working.
