Link protection
Link protection (also called a cloaker) decides, on every visit, whether the visitor sees the campaign page or a neutral page. It is used to protect paid traffic campaigns from visits outside the target audience.
Before you start
- Link protection lives in the project settings.
- It is worth having your own domain connected before setting the protection up.
The two destinations
The neutral page is not a side detail: it is the one that shows up in any review of the campaign, so it has to make sense on its own.
Filters
Filters combine signals from the visit — source, device, location and similar — to classify the access.

If it didn't work
- The campaign points at the wrong page: confirm which page is set as neutral and which as the campaign one.
- The option is missing from the menu: check your role in no permission.
