  • Why don't the My Sales totals match the table?

Because the total cards and the table load separately. The table always shows the latest data; the total cards are recalculated at most once a minute. If a sale just came in, it can appear as a table row before it adds to Revenue via Clickmax or Total Transactions.

The difference resolves itself: reload the page after a minute and the two match.

Where: Sales → My Sales menu, Sales via Clickmax tab. Any role with access to the Sales area sees this screen — check Permissions by role.

    How the screen loads

    Two independent reads:

    Screen partContentRefresh
Sales tablethe rows for the filtered periodon every load, page change, or sort
Total cardsRevenue via Clickmax, Net total, Total Transactions, Approved Transactions, Declined cards, Amount to recover, Cart abandonmentat most once a minute for the same filter

That is why the table appears first and the cards finish loading right after — it is not an error.

Changing pages does not recalculate the totals

The total cards cover the whole filter, not the page you are looking at. Going to page 2, changing the number of rows, or sorting by a column only changes the table: the totals stay the same, because they still cover the same selection.

To change the totals, change the filter (period, product, status, and so on).

    What updates the totals immediately

Changing any filter counts as a new selection and recalculates the cards right away. That includes period, product, offer, transaction status, payment method, and search.

    If it didn't work

    • More than a minute passed, you reloaded, and the numbers still differ: check that the filter period covers the sale date — the table and the cards use the same filter, so a selection that excludes the sale excludes it from both.
    • Revenue via Clickmax looks too high: it includes amounts that are still unpaid, canceled, and refunded, as the card's own tooltip says. For approved money only, use Approved Transactions.
    • Sales from external platforms are missing: they live in the Sales via external platforms tab, fed by Integrations.
    • An error blocked the action: see the Error codes.
    • Sales — what each menu item contains.
    • Integrations — sales coming from external checkouts.
