  • My Wallet

My Wallet is where the money from your sales sits until you transfer it to your bank account.

Before you start: wallet actions and bank details are workspace Owner level.

    How to open it

    • Wallet icon in the top right corner, next to the credits icon — a direct shortcut to the wallet. Hover it to see your available balance without leaving the page.
    • Or from your avatar menuGo to my wallet.

The wallet icon only appears in workspaces where you are the Owner (the one who receives the sales money). In someone else's workspace it is hidden — your own wallet is still reachable from the avatar menu.

    What the screen shows

    • Available balance — the part of the balance that has cleared the release period and can be transferred now. Below it, the Total wallet balance: the available amount plus what is to be received. The info icon next to it explains the sum — amounts under review are not included.
    • To receive — approved sales still inside the release period, with the next release date.
    • Under review — amounts held for review, which return to the balance once released.
    • Available to advance — how much of the to-receive balance you can advance.
    • Transaction statement — every inflow and outflow in the wallet, one row per entry.
    • Withdrawal statement — the history of transfers you have requested.
    • Registered account — the bank, branch, account and type (Checking or Savings) that receive the money.

Available balance and total balance are rarely the same: a freshly approved sale joins the total before it becomes available. The Total wallet balance is the same number as the Balance column on the statement's first row — use the two to check one against the other.

    Transaction statement

Each row is one entry in your wallet. The columns:

    ColumnWhat it shows
DateWhen the movement happened. Below it, when applicable, the date the amount is released for withdrawal.
DescriptionWhat the entry is: a sales commission, a refund, a withdrawal, a fee. For installment sales the description also names the installment.
ProductThe product tied to the movement, when there is one.
ReferenceThe order code, which links straight to the sale. Use it when talking to support about a movement. Entries that do not come from an order — withdrawals, balance releases, fees — show ; for those the CSV still carries the transaction code.
AmountInflows in green with an up arrow, outflows in red with a down arrow. Movements that do not change the total balance appear in blue with no arrow — such as a release that moves an amount from pending to available.
BalanceThe wallet's total balance after that movement.

Why an installment commission looks high: on the commission row the amount shown is for the whole sale, and the installment is named in the description. The refund row, by contrast, shows the amount of that installment. So adding up the Amount column does not reproduce the balance — the Balance column is the reference, because it shows the real balance after each movement.

Show releases, adjustments and audit entries

By default the statement hides three kinds of behind-the-scenes entry: balance releases (when a pending amount becomes available), adjustments, and audit records. Turn on Show releases, adjustments and audit entries to see them.

While that option is on, balance unblock entries stop appearing — the lens swaps one set of entries for the other rather than only adding to it. Turn it off to return to the default view.

    Filter and export

    • Period — filters movements by date range; Clear filter returns to the full statement.
    • Export CSV — downloads every page honouring the active period and releases/adjustments option, with one column per table field plus the product, order and transaction codes.

Each entry's description follows your account language.

    Registering the bank account

Without a registered account there is nowhere to transfer to. Register the bank account with the bank, branch, account and type. Once registered, it shows as Verified when it is ready to receive.

    Requesting a withdrawal

    1. In My Wallet, start a transfer.
    2. Enter the amount to transfer, or choose to transfer the full available balance.
    3. Check the transfer summary — it shows the service fee, the transfer fee and the net amount to receive.
    4. Confirm the transfer request.

Identity verification: to request withdrawals you must complete the biometric identity check. It takes about 2 minutes and is prompted on the screen itself while it is still pending.

    If it didn't work

    • The withdrawal button asks for verification: complete the biometric identity check.
    • The available amount is lower than expected: some sales are still within the release period.
    • No account appears: register the bank account before transferring.
