How to sell through Hotmart right on my page
Add the Hotmart Checkout block to the page in the editor and, in the right panel, pick the Hotmart account, the Product and the Offer. On the published page, the buyer pays in the Hotmart checkout without leaving your page; once the payment is approved, the funnel moves to the next step and the sale arrives through your Hotmart integration, linked to the page.
Before you start
- You need edit access to the page.
- The workspace needs an active Hotmart integration, with the webhook registered in Hotmart. If you don't have one yet, follow Integrate Hotmart.
- The product and offer list uses the integration Client ID and Client Secret. Hotmart integrations created before the credential was required don't have them: there, you type the offer code.
Step by step
- Open the page in the editor, open the list of elements to add and, under Checkout, drag the Hotmart Checkout block onto the page.
- Click the block to open the Hotmart Checkout panel on the right.
- Under What you are selling, pick the Hotmart account. With a single integration in the workspace, it is already picked and the field is hidden.
- Pick the Product and then the Offer the buyer will pay for.
- To type the offer instead, click Type the offer code and paste the code. In Hotmart, it is on the product, under Pricing and offers; it is the

- Under Checkout options, adjust if you want:
- Payment methods: turn off Pix, Boleto or PayPal to not offer them on this page. Credit card always shows;
- Coupon field: turn it off so the buyer can't apply a coupon;
- Card installments: the most installments the buyer can choose. Offer default keeps what is set in Hotmart;
- Checkout country: the country the checkout opens in, which sets the language, currency and payment methods. Visitor country (automatic) lets Hotmart decide by the buyer location. The buyer can still switch country inside the checkout, under Alterar país (change country) — Hotmart doesn't allow hiding that option.
- Save and publish the page.
With an offer picked, the editor shows the real Hotmart checkout inside the block, with a Pré-visualização (preview) badge. You can't type or pay in the preview: clicking the checkout only selects the block.
Checkout colors, logo and fields can't be changed in the editor: they come from the product checkout settings in Hotmart.
Where the buyer goes after paying
- Card payment approved or Pix paid: the buyer stays on your page. If it is part of a funnel, they move to the step connected to the Purchase Approved trigger (or Upsell Accepted / Downsell Accepted).
- Pix: the Hotmart checkout shows the Pix code. If the buyer pays with the page open, Hotmart confirms it in seconds and the funnel moves on by itself, like with a card. If they close the page before paying, the funnel does not move on, but the sale still arrives once the Pix clears.
- Boleto: it takes up to a few days to clear, so the funnel does not move on from the page. The sale arrives when Hotmart confirms the payment. Use an automation with the Hotmart purchase approved trigger to notify the buyer.
- Payment declined: the Hotmart checkout shows the reason and lets the buyer try again.
The page pixel receives the approved purchase with the amount and currency of the offer picked from the list. With a typed code, the pixel receives the purchase without an amount.
Where the sale shows up
Every purchase made through the block arrives through your Hotmart integration webhook, like any other Hotmart sale, and creates or updates the contact by the buyer email. When the page was published after you added the block, the sale is also linked to the page.
When the page is a funnel step, these sales count in Revenue and Purchases in the funnel Analytics Mode, in the sale currency. See Which sales count in the funnel revenue.
If the page URL has an sck parameter, it still reaches Hotmart along with the purchase.
If it didn't work
- The panel asks you to connect Hotmart: the workspace has no active Hotmart integration. Click Connect Hotmart, create the integration, then come back to the editor and click Refresh.
- It says the account has no API credentials: the integration is old and was created with the Hottok only. Type the offer code, or create the integration again with the Client ID and Client Secret.
- It says "No offers found for this product": Hotmart returned no offers for the product. Click Type the offer code and paste the code.
- It says Hotmart refused the credentials: the credential was deleted in Hotmart. Create another credential and a new integration with it.
- The checkout does not show on the published page: a block without an offer is not shown to the buyer. In the editor it shows No offer selected; pick the offer and publish the page again.
- I duplicated the page or the funnel (or it came from a template, pack or shared funnel):
- If the block Hotmart account belongs to your workspace, publish the copy: its sales are linked to the new page.
- If the Hotmart account belongs to another workspace, the block shows No offer selected and the published page doesn't show the checkout. Pick your Hotmart account and the offer and publish again. This stops anyone from selling to someone else's Hotmart account through a copied page.
- The buyer paid and the funnel did not move on: check that the next step is connected to the Purchase Approved trigger. Boleto does not move the funnel from the page, and Pix only does if the buyer pays with the page open. If needed, set the offer thank-you page in Hotmart to the next funnel step.
- The sale arrived but is not in the funnel revenue: check that the page was published after you added the block and that the sale came through this page.
