What does each card show in the Create listings?
The Funnels, Pages, Automations, Forms, Quiz, WebChat and Webinar listings use the same card. Once you can read one, you can read them all: the same information always sits in the same place, and every card has the same height.
Role: any member with access to the Create area. See roles and permissions.
Parts of the card
On a phone, the thumbnail gets smaller and what sits on the right side (the public address, the draft progress) moves to its own line below the name. Long text ends with an ellipsis instead of spilling out of the card.
The status is always a colored dot followed by the status name, on the details line. In Webinar: Published in green, Draft in yellow and Archived in gray.
Opening the item
Clicking any free spot on the card opens the item. The ⋯ menu, the public address, the selection box and a name being edited open nothing: each one does only its own action.
With the keyboard, Tab moves from card to card, and Enter or Space opens the focused card.
When you hover, a soft glow follows the cursor over the card: it is the sign that the card opens something. If your system is set to reduce motion, the glow does not show and everything else works the same.
While the list loads
Gray cards with the same shape and height as the real ones show up, and they are replaced by the items once the data arrives. The list does not jump or resize while you read.
Webinar: draft and published
- Draft: instead of metrics, the right side shows which builder Step the webinar is on and the percentage done.
- Published: the metrics row shows Visitors, Leads and Conversion.
- The card footer lists the webinar's sessions, when it has any.
