What information is shown for each sale?
In Sales, each row shows: the date and time of the purchase, the customer's name, the product bought, the amount, the transaction status (paid, pending, cancelled) and the payment method used (Pix, card or Boleto).
Reference
The Reference column identifies the sale in the table: it is the order's code in the payment system, the same one shown in the Reference column of the statement in My Wallet. Click it to open the sale details.
It is also what matches a Clickmax sale to the same charge on the payment side, and it finds the sale: paste it into the search box above the table or into Filters → Reference. Either way you need the full reference — part of it will not find the sale.
In By Transaction, the Reference shows in the same place, and the Transaction ID column still carries each transaction's identifier — the main one and each order bump.
Clickmax's internal identifiers are hidden: Code (in By Sale) and Sale ID (in By Transaction). To show either, open Columns above the table and tick the column.
Coupon and discount
When the purchase had a discount, the amount in the Sale Value column shows a tag next to it. Hover over the tag to see, all at once:
- the coupon code used and what it grants (for example,
BLACK20at 20%); - the coupon's description, when you filled one in while creating it;
- how much was taken off this sale, in currency.
The tag marks the discount, not the coupon — and not every discount comes from one. The tooltip says where the discount came from:
What the coupon grants (20%, $30) and what it took off this sale are different numbers: a 20%
coupon takes off a different amount on each order.
Affiliates and coproducers of the sale see the coupon the same way the producer does.
On the sale details screen
The screen title is Sale followed by the order's Reference — the same code as the Reference column in the table and in the statement in My Wallet. It confirms at a glance that you opened the right sale.
In the Details card the Reference shows again, next to the Code, each with a copy button:
An order with order bumps has a single Reference: it belongs to the whole order, not to each item. Each item is still listed under Sale products, and opening one leads to the Transaction screen, which is identified by that transaction's Code.
In the Payment card, right below Total Value, two rows show up when there was a discount:
Both rows only appear when they exist. Discount shows up on its own whenever the amount taken off did not come from a coupon. In an order with order bumps, both values belong to the whole order: opening an item's transaction shows the same discount and the same coupon.
