      • Can I use a product from another project in my funnel?

      Yes. When you pick the offer for a checkout page, the list shows every product in your account, not only the ones in the funnel's project. Each product carries a tag with the project it belongs to, so similarly named products stay easy to tell apart.

      Prerequisite: the funnel needs a checkout page, and the product needs at least one approved offer.

      Pick the main offer

      1. Open the funnel in the editor and select the checkout page.
      2. Click Configure Offers.
      3. Under Select Main Offer, find the product by name. The project tag and the offer count appear below it.
      4. Click the product to expand its offers and select the one to charge on the page.

      The same applies to Add Order Bump: the complementary offer list also shows each product's project.

      Reading the project tag

      Commission on an affiliate offer

      When the checkout page sells an offer from a product you are an affiliate of, the commission is credited to you automatically. You do not need to add your affiliate code to the page address: Clickmax recognises the page as yours and applies your affiliation to the sale.

      If someone reaches your page through a promotion link that already carries an affiliate code, that code wins — whoever brought the visitor gets the commission for that sale.

      The commission applied is the one the producer set for your affiliation. To check the percentage, open the product under Affiliations.

      If it did not work

      • The product is missing from the list: make sure it has at least one offer and that the offer was not deleted.
      • The offer shows but cannot be selected: incomplete or unapproved offers stay unavailable — finish the product setup under Manage Products.
      • An affiliate product is missing: your affiliation must be approved and active on the producer's side.
      • This offer is not available to sell on this page: the offer was deleted, or the affiliation that granted access to it was suspended or removed by the producer. Check the status under Affiliations and pick another offer.
      • Could not link the offer to this page checkout: the change was not saved and the previous offer still applies. Select the offer again.
      • The sale came through with no commission for you: confirm your affiliation on the product was approved and active at purchase time, and that the visitor did not arrive through another affiliate's promotion link.
