  • How does the new Clickmax Dashboard work?

    The Dashboard, or Overview, is the panel's home screen and gives you an aggregated picture of how your business is doing. Some blocks follow the period you pick in the filter (30 days by default) and others show your account total — the difference is explained below.

    Contact funnel (follows the period)

    The top block follows the selected period and shows:

    • Captured contacts — contacts created during the period, including spreadsheet imports, manual creation and API intake.
    • Engaged — of those, the ones with more than 5 activities in the period.
    • Purchase intent — of those, the ones with checkout, cart, failed-payment or opportunity activity.
    • Buyers — contacts with at least one paid purchase.
    • Revenue for the period — the total value of your sales in the selected range. It is the same value as My sales for the same period: it includes your share of sales where you are an affiliate or co-producer, the fee passed on to the buyer and shipping; it leaves out installment interest and order bumps counted separately (they are already in the order value).

    The chart stages are nested: each one is a subset of the previous. That is why the "Buyers" stage in the chart can be lower than the card with the same name, which counts every buyer in the period.

    Each card also carries a trend line covering six 30-day windows. That line is fixed and does not change with the period filter.

    Shortcut cards (account total)

    Below it sit four shortcuts — Contacts, Products, Funnels and Automations. They show what you have in the account right now, not what came in during the period: the same number you get by opening each listing.

    These are left out of the counts:

    • contacts merged into another contact;
    • deleted products, funnels and automations;
    • ready-made automation templates from the catalogue.

    Recent activity (follows the period)

    The highlighted number is the total activity for the whole period — if there were 10,000, 10,000 is what you see. The category breakdown, contacts with activity, purchases and peak hour cover the whole period too. Only the timeline beside it is a preview: it shows the 20 most recent events for a quick read, as noted right under the number.

    Each row shows the time, what happened and one detail about the event — the task subject, the message name, the offer or the funnel. Clicking opens the contact behind the activity; when it has no contact, it opens the opportunity or the task it came from.

    To see the full history, open Contacts.

    If it didn't work

    • The funnel numbers show as zero? Check the period selected and confirm you have published funnels receiving visits.
    • A shortcut card disagrees with its listing? Reload the page: the count is read from the same place as the listing, and the gap is usually cached data in the browser.
    • Some blocks are missing, or you can't open an area? It may be a permissions gap on the project — see Permissions.
    • Questions about the other figures? See the frequently asked questions.
