  • Where did Cold Lead, Warm Lead and Customer go?

The Cold Lead / Warm Lead / Customer status was removed from the contacts list. Each contact now has two indicators and a seal:

    • Temperature — from 0 to 100, it measures behavior: what the contact did and when. The Cold, Warm or Hot band is the color of the thermometer, based on the cutoffs you set in CRM Settings → Temperature.
    • Score — measures profile: the sum of the points of the rules you wrote about the contact record (job title, fields, tags, source).
    • Customer — a seal next to the name of anyone who has already purchased. It is not a temperature band: a customer can be hot or cold.

    Why the status was removed

The old status did not measure anything precisely. Every contact started as Cold Lead, calculated or not, and Warm Lead only meant "reached the checkout and didn't buy". Temperature measures real engagement and cools down on its own when the contact goes quiet.

What happens to what was already set up

    • Segments and automations that filtered by "Cold Lead" or "Warm Lead" keep working. In the segment builder, the condition is marked as a legacy temperature band.
    • For new filters, use the number instead: filter by Temperature or Score with any cutoff you want.
