      • How do I put my company logo in the Clickmax menu?

      In Settings, under Workspace brand, you upload your company's logo and logomark. They replace the Clickmax brand in the side menu for everyone in this workspace.

      Who can do this: anyone allowed to manage the workspace (by default, the owner and admins).

      Before you upload

      Steps

      1. Go to Settings and open Account Workspaces.
      2. Click the workspace you want to customize and scroll to Workspace brand.
      3. Under Logo or Logomark, pick the Light theme or Dark theme version and click Upload.
      4. Select the file. The Adjust image window opens: drag the image to frame it, use Zoom to move closer or further away, and Rotate 90° if it is sideways. The crop area already has the right ratio (5:1 for the logo, square for the logomark) and its background shows the chosen theme. You can zoom out until the image is smaller than the area to leave space around it: the empty space stays transparent.
      5. Click Apply. The brand is saved right away and shows up in the menu; there is no separate save button. Cancel discards the image and uploads nothing.

      If the chosen area is too small (under 320×64 px for the logo or 96×96 px for the logomark, in the original image), Apply is disabled and a warning appears: zoom out or use a larger image.

      To change a file, click Replace. To go back to the Clickmax brand, click Remove.

      How Clickmax picks which version to show

      • In the dark theme, the dark version is shown. If you did not upload one, Clickmax uses the light one.
      • In the light theme, the light version is always shown.
      • With no file uploaded, the menu keeps the Clickmax brand.

      If it did not work

      • Cannot see Workspace brand? You may lack permission: see No permission.
      • Format not accepted: use PNG or WebP with a transparent background.
      • File too large: shrink the file to 1 MB (logo) or 512 KB (logomark).
      • Apply is disabled: the framed area is too small, or the image was dragged out of the area. Bring the image back into the area, zoom out or use a higher-resolution image (minimum in the table above).
      • Others still see the old brand? Ask them to reload the page.
