      • How do I create a new workspace in Clickmax?

      Open the Your workspaces screen and click Create new workspace. The new workspace is a separate environment with its own pages, products, contacts, automations and team, and you are its owner.

      Anyone with a Clickmax account can create workspaces, including people who so far only belonged to someone else's workspace.

      Open the workspaces screen

      1. On desktop, click your avatar in the top-right corner or open the selector at the bottom of the sidebar. On mobile, tap the name or avatar at the top.
      2. Click See all — in the avatar menu or inside the selector card.
      3. In the list, click Create new workspace, below your workspaces.

      Create the workspace

      The wizard has four steps. Use Back to review an earlier step without losing what you filled in.

      1. Your workspace: type the Workspace name. The Address is suggested from the name and can be edited; it must show Available before you can continue. The workspace starts with a randomly picked ready-made photo; choose another one from Ready-made photos or click Upload logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 2 MB).
      2. Your business: choose What you sell and How many people work with you. The answers don't limit any feature.
      3. Goals: tick where you want to start, as many as you like.
      4. Team: enter the email of each person who will work with you and choose Member or Administrator. Click the create button: it shows Create workspace or, when invites are filled in, how many will be sent (for example, Create and send 2 invites). To create without inviting anyone, click Skip for now.

      The final screen lists suggested first steps for the goals you ticked. Click Go to dashboard to open the new workspace.

      The address uses 4 to 63 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.

      If it didn't work

      • This address is already in use: pick another address in the first step.
      • You've reached the maximum number of workspaces you can create: this account can't create another one.
      • The invites weren't sent: the workspace was already created. Open it and invite people again in Users.
      • The logo wasn't uploaded: the workspace was already created. Upload the logo again in the workspace settings.
