How do I switch between different workspaces?
You need active access to a workspace to open it. Use the workspace selector or the User Workspaces list in Settings. Each browser tab can stay open in a different workspace.
From the avatar menu
- On desktop, click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- The Active workspace card shows the workspace you are in and your role there.
- Click See all to go to the selection screen.
The selection screen greets you by name and shows your email and photo. Each workspace shows your role, photos of some of its members (the owner first) and the total number of people. Below Enter you see when you last accessed it, or No access yet if there is no record. With more than three workspaces, use Search workspace to filter by name.
Invites to other people's workspaces appear at the top, under Invites: click Accept to add the workspace to your list or Decline to dismiss the invite.
The selection screen also lists your workspace when you only have access to one — that is where you can create a new workspace.
From the workspace selector
- On desktop, open the selector at the bottom of the sidebar. On mobile, open the account menu from your name or avatar at the top.
- The selector shows the active workspace in a card.
- Click See all, inside the card, and pick the workspace on the selection screen.
When opening a link without a specified workspace, the Which workspace would you like to open? screen loads the workspaces available to your account. Choose the one containing the content to continue to that link. If the list fails to load, select Try again. If your account has no active workspace, sign in with another account or ask for an invitation.
From the workspaces list
- Open Settings and go to User Workspaces.
- Find the workspace — use the search by name if the list is long.
- Click Switch on its card.
The workspace you are already in is marked Selected and has no Switch action.
A workspace is not a project. The workspace is your account's environment; projects live inside it. To change projects, use the project selector — see Workspace or project?.
If a link does not identify a workspace, choose the one that contains the content. If you can access only one workspace, it opens automatically.
Links opened from a funnel, page, or automation stay in the workspace you were using. Check the workspace name in the sidebar before editing products, connecting a domain, or opening contacts in another tab.
