      • Where do I find tutorials for new features?

      Use the Learn in 1 min button (the time varies by screen) at the top of the screen, next to the action buttons. It gathers what teaches that screen, without leaving Clickmax:

      • Screen tour: the first item. It shows the screen's highlights in a few steps (for example, in Contacts: add, import, filter and act in bulk), each one with the part of the screen that does it. Move on with Next or the arrow keys, and close it whenever you want.
      • Videos: the lessons that teach that screen, with each one's length. The video plays right there.

      Good to know:

      • Today the tour is available on the screens of these menus:
        • Analytics: dashboards, widgets, Goals and Meetings.
        • Contacts & Commercial: Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, Filters, Lists, Tags, Visitors, Companies, Proposals, Custom fields, CRM settings and Activity history.
        • Marketing: Funnels, Pages, Automations, Max Design, Simple form, Quizzes, Webchat bots, Webinar, Capture links, Redirects, Short links, Ads and Pixel and tracking.
        • Messages: Broadcasts (creating one and the email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice call lists), Templates and Send history.
        • Accounts center: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Email, Inbox (when available), Scheduling and My agents.
        • Settings: Workspaces, Members, Permissions, Domains, Brandbooks, Integrations and Notifications.
      • The time on the button is the shortest item on the screen, whether the tour or a video.
      • The tour and the videos you have already opened are marked seen and watched. The mark is saved in this browser; on another device the list starts fresh.
      • Simple form screens, such as Profile, Preferences and Sessions, have no tour. Screens with no tour and no video don't show the button. New tours and videos are added over time.
      • See everything in the Academy, at the bottom of the list, opens the page with every Clickmax video.
