How do I install the Facebook Pixel on a page in Clickmax?
There is no longer a Pixel ID field inside the funnel settings or the page settings. The pixel is registered once under Traffic › Pixel and tracking, and then you check the pixel inside the page (or the funnel) it should track.
Before you start
- You need create access in the workspace.
- Have the Pixel ID ready, copied from Meta's Events Manager.
1. Register the pixel
- Open Traffic › Pixel and tracking.
- Click Add pixel and choose Meta.
- Enter the Pixel ID and a Pixel nickname so you can recognise it later.
- Choose the events it should send and save.
The full walkthrough, including the Conversions API and the delivery history, is in add a pixel and choose its events.
2. Check the pixel on the page or on the funnel
For one specific page:
- Open the page and go to Page settings → Scripts.
- In the Pixels tracking this page block, check the box next to the pixel.
For every page in a funnel, including ones you create later:
- Open the funnel and go to Funnel settings → Tracking.
- In the Pixels tracking this funnel block, check the box next to the pixel.
Every check saves right away — the Pixels updated message confirms it. The other available screens are listed in how to choose which pixels track each screen.
3. Publish and validate
Publish the funnel (or the page) and check on the published screen, never in the editor preview: validate pixel and events.
What happens to what you had already set up
Whatever was filled in per funnel, per page, per domain or per product still applies: each pixel was brought into the Pixel and tracking screen automatically, with the events it already fired. You do not need to register it again.
The Pixel ID field that used to sit on those tabs is gone, but the tabs are still where the pixel lives: they carry the Pixels tracking this funnel and Pixels tracking this page blocks, next to Google Tag Manager and the code you paste yourself.

If it didn't work
- Nothing fires: confirm the pixel is checked on the page (or on its funnel), and that you tested on the published page — tracking does not run in the preview.
- You looked for the Pixel ID field on the Tracking tab and could not find it: it really has moved. Registration happens under Traffic › Pixel and tracking, and the tab now carries the pixel list with checkboxes.
- Events do not reach Meta's Events Manager: check the pixel's Delivery history, in the actions menu on its row, or open View details — see where is this pixel being used.
