      • What do I do when I see "This screen didn't load"?

      Click Try again. The screen reloads its content without reloading the whole page, so whatever you already had open around it stays as it was.

      When a screen fails, only the main content is replaced by the This screen didn't load notice. The side menu and the top bar stay in place, and you can go to another area without leaving Clickmax.

      1. Read the red What happened box below the buttons. It shows the reason for the failure.
      2. Click Try again to load the screen once more. While it loads, the button is disabled.
      3. If you'd rather leave, use the side menu or click Go to home page.

      When the whole screen is replaced

      If the failure happens before the side menu appears, or on a screen without a menu (such as the full-screen editors), the notice takes over the entire page. In that case, Try again reloads the page, and Go to home page takes you back to the start.

      If it didn't work

      • The error came back after trying again: copy the text in the What happened box and send it to support (see where to find help).
      • The box shows a message about connection or network: check your internet and try again.
      • Only one screen has the problem: use the side menu to keep working in other areas while support looks into it.
