  • Has the Clickmax interface changed?

Yes. The interface has been redesigned around usability and performance: a cleaner layout, side navigation and direct shortcuts to the modules you use most (funnels, contacts, messaging, products and features). All your settings and data have been preserved.

    The top bar

The shortcuts sit on the right-hand side of the top bar, always in this order. They all appear at any screen size, including on mobile.

    ControlWhat it opens
SearchPlatform search. On wide screens it is a field; on narrow screens, a magnifier icon
ChatYour Live chat conversations — this is how you reach them, the item is no longer in the side menu
NotificationsYour notifications, with the unread count
WalletYour wallet. Hover to see the available balance without opening it
Your user picture (right corner)Your profile: General settings, Balance available to withdraw, Open my wallet, Log out

On mobile, your user picture becomes the account button in the corner.

Wallet only appears for the workspace owner. If your user does not have that access, the icon is not shown — see roles and permissions.

Where each area lives in the side menu

Clicking a section collapses the menu into an icon strip and opens that section's panel next to it. Hovering an icon in the strip shows that section's panel on top of the current one, with a shadow, without leaving the screen you are on.

Two divider lines mark the menu's blocks: one below Max AI Chat and another below Sales & Recovery, closing the product areas before Projects, Integrations and Settings.

The workspace controls live at the bottom of the side menu. Your user picture sits in the right-hand corner of the top bar.

Settings is always visible in the footer, next to More options: with the menu open, right before the ⋮; with the menu collapsed to the icon strip, right below it. On that strip, the workspace appears as a round image only — hover to see the name.

What each control shows depends on your role: see roles and permissions.

    Account on your phone

On a phone the menu opens from the Menu button in the bottom bar; on tablets, from the menu icon in the top-left corner. The account controls are pinned to the bottom of that menu, visible without scrolling past the sections and projects.
