      • What is the difference between editing a product and editing an offer?

      Editing the product changes data that applies to every offer: name, description and the deliverables in Deliveries and access. Every offer delivers those deliverables by default.

      Editing the offer changes that specific offer's selling conditions — price, discount and instalments, in the Settings tab — and what it delivers, in the Deliverables tab: there you uncheck a product deliverable or create one just for that offer. The same product can have several offers with different prices and deliverables, without duplicating the product. See How do I make an offer deliver something different from the product?.

      If it didn't work

      • You changed the price and it did not change at the checkout: confirm you edited the offer used by that checkout, and not another offer on the same product. See Products.
      • You cannot find the edit option: it may be a missing permission on the project. See No permission.
