  • How many people opened and completed my quiz inside the funnel?

Open the funnel in analytics mode: the quiz card shows Accesses, Completed, Completion rate, and Unique leads — in the same format as the page cards, and with the same numbers as the quiz's own analytics screen.

You need edit access to the funnel, and the quiz must be receiving visits through its public URL.

    See the metrics

    1. Open the funnel and switch to analytics mode (the Analytics tab at the top of the board).
    2. Pick the period in the analytics panel's date selector.
    3. Find the quiz card. The numbers sit in the card footer, below the triggers.

To choose which metrics appear, use the gear icon (Manage metrics) in the corner of the footer: switch them on or off and drag to reorder. The choice is per card and is saved for the whole workspace.

    What each number means

    MetricWhat it counts
AccessesHow many times the quiz was opened in the period, including repeat opens
CompletedHow many answers reached the end and were submitted
    Completion rateCompletions divided by accesses
Unique leadsDifferent contacts the quiz captured (email, phone, or WhatsApp)

Someone who drops off mid-quiz still counts as an access but not as a completion — that gap is what the Completion rate shows.

Unique leads counts people, not submissions

Unique leads counts different contacts: someone who answers the quiz twice counts once. Completed counts submitted answers, so the same person answering three times adds three completions.

That is why the two numbers are not directly comparable, and it is normal to see Completed higher than Unique leads even when everyone leaves a contact. The Captured leads KPI on the quiz's own analytics screen follows the same rule and shows the same total.

Completed and Unique leads are not the same thing

They measure two different things, and either can happen without the other:

    • Completed = reached the end and submitted the answers. If the quiz has no capture step, or the person finished without leaving a contact, they complete without becoming a lead. That is why 6 completed · 0 unique leads is normal.
    • Unique leads = left a contact. Since the capture step usually sits mid-quiz, someone can become a lead and abandon before the end — a lead without a completion.

If you expected leads and none show up, check that the quiz has a capture step and that it comes before the result.

A quiz still in draft also accumulates metrics, as long as its public URL is being visited.

If the same quiz is used in two funnel steps, both show the quiz total — the numbers belong to the quiz, not to the step.

    See who answered the quiz

Click the Unique leads number on the card, or the label on the arrow leaving the quiz: it opens the Contacts list in another tab, already filtered by Participou do quiz? (the filter name is shown in Portuguese) with the quiz name.

The list brings the contacts who answered that quiz, with no period filter — the card shows the period picked in the panel, and the list shows the whole history. Anyone who answered without leaving a contact does not show up: there is no contact to list.

From there you can save the filter as a segment, export a CSV, or run a bulk action.

In analytics mode the quiz card only shows the triggers already connected to a next step; unconnected triggers stay hidden to keep the board clean. The arrow leaving the quiz toward the next step stays visible, just like in edit mode.

The label in the middle of the arrow carries the trigger name and how many people went through it:

TriggerWhat the number on the arrow counts
Quiz completedAnswers that reached the end — the same total as Completed
Contact capturedDifferent contacts the quiz captured, including people who dropped off after the capture — the same total as Unique leads
Segment by resultCompletions per result, one arrow per result

The quiz's other triggers do not have their own count on the arrow yet and show up as .

The quiz in the funnel's analytics panel

The side panel (on the left, in analytics mode) measures the whole funnel, and the quiz is part of it:

    Panel metricIncludes the quiz?
Funnel visitsYes — quiz opens are added to page views
Unique visitorsYes — each person counts once, even opening a page and the quiz
SignupsYes, when the lead originated in this funnel
Buyers, Average ticket, RevenueNot from the quiz — they depend on a checkout sale

About Signups: the metric counts who became a lead in this funnel. If the person was already a lead from another funnel and just filled in the quiz again, they are not counted as a new signup here — the contact is updated, but its origin stays the original one. That is why the Unique leads number on the quiz card can be higher than Signups in the panel.

The quiz finishes and does not go to the next step

The connection leaving the quiz works from draft onwards — the quiz's public URL is already live, so the link drawn on the board is honoured without publishing the quiz first.

What the destination needs: the arrival step must be Published. An unpublished destination has no address to send the person to, and whoever finishes the quiz sees the "Submitted successfully" screen.

Checklist when you land on the success screen:

    1. The quiz has a Quiz completed trigger connected to a next step (the dot on the right of the row is filled when connected).
    2. The destination step is Published.
    3. If you just changed the connection, reload the quiz page — the destination is resolved on every load.

    If it did not work

    • Everything is zero: check the period selected in the analytics panel and whether the quiz got visits in that range. Visits from before tracking started are not included.
    • Visits but 0 completions: only complete submissions count. If people stop at a specific question, check the quiz's own analytics to find the drop-off step.
    • Leads but no completions: contact capture happens mid-quiz, so someone can become a lead and still abandon before the end.
    • You clicked the number and the list came back empty: the submissions in the period left no contact, or the contact was deleted after answering.
    • Other funnel questions: see the FAQ.
