      • Can I sell a subscription as an Order Bump?

      Yes, as long as the checkout's main offer is a one-time charge. Each order accepts only one subscription, so a subscription main offer cannot have a subscription Order Bump.

      How to set it up

      1. Go to Products and open the checkout's main offer.
      2. Confirm the main offer is a one-time charge.
      3. In the Checkout Editor, select the checkout and turn on Order Bump.
      4. In the product list, pick the subscription offer. Subscription offers show a Subscription badge.
      5. Save and publish the page.

      When the main offer is a subscription, subscription offers do not appear in that list — this is expected behaviour, not a loading error.

      What the customer sees at checkout

      The Order Bump shows the charge type next to the price:

      • One-time charge for a standalone offer.
      • Monthly charge, Yearly charge, Quarterly charge or Semiannual charge for a subscription, matching the offer's frequency.

      If the customer adds the subscription, it is charged recurrently at the offer's frequency, while the main offer is still charged only once.

      Order payment methods and instalments

      The whole order is charged at once, so the options apply to all items together. When a subscription is added to the order:

      • payment becomes credit card only — Pix and Boleto are removed from the screen;
      • the maximum instalments becomes that of the most restrictive item.

      If the customer had already picked Pix or Boleto, the checkout switches to card and shows a notice.

      A monthly subscription cannot be split. If it is in the order, the whole order is charged as a single payment, even if the main offer allows instalments.

      If it did not work

      • The subscription offer does not show up in the Order Bump list: confirm the checkout's main offer is a one-time charge. If it is also a subscription, the list hides subscriptions on purpose.
      • The offer is missing even with a one-time main offer: confirm the offer is approved and the product registration is complete. Incomplete products are not listed.
      • Checkout refuses the purchase saying only one subscription per order is allowed: the order has two subscriptions. Remove one and try again.
