How do sending credits work in Clickmax?
Almost every send uses credits from your account. Every message comes off the balance, and you can buy more credits inside the platform to keep your campaigns running.
When you buy credits inside the platform, checkout uses the account's registration and tax details. If the full name, CPF, or CNPJ is missing, the purchase modal asks for those details before generating the charge.
Monthly credit upgrade offers can only increase the limit already included in the plan. For example: if the plan includes 30,000 credits, the monthly offer must include 30,001 credits or more.
One-time credit packs are different: they add extra credits to the account balance and can have any quantity available in the catalog.
These use credits:
- WhatsApp — the cost depends on the message category: Marketing costs considerably more than Utility and Authentication;
- Email;
- SMS;
- Instagram;
- voice/IVR — charged per minute.
These use no credits at all:
- WhatsApp Service messages (replies inside the 24-hour window);
- Telegram;
- website chat.
To see what each channel costs today and simulate a campaign before sending, use the credit calculator.
