  • How much does each message I send cost in reais?

    Open the Credit calculator: it shows each channel's price in reais, what a whole campaign will cost, and how that compares with other platforms on the market.

    You need billing access on the account to open the calculator.

    How to use it

    1. Open the calculator from any of these places:
      • in Settings, choose Credit calculator;
      • click the credits icon at the top of the screen and use Credit calculator; or
      • open the Plans, Limits and Credits tab and click Open calculator.
    2. Fill in how many messages you want to send on each channel. Leave the channels you will not use at zero.
    3. Read the result:
      • This campaign uses — the total in credits and, just below it, the equivalent amount in reais.
      • Your balance this cycle — how many credits you still have.
      • Recommended package — the smallest package that covers the whole campaign.
    4. If you need to buy, click Get this package. The purchase screen opens with the recommended package already selected.

    The price per message on each channel

    Two figures appear next to every field: how many credits that channel uses per message, and what that comes to in reais. On WhatsApp the amount depends on the message category — Marketing costs considerably more than Utility and Authentication.

    The amount in reais comes from whichever credit package is selected: it is that package's price per credit, times what the channel uses. Each package has a different price-to-credits ratio, so switching the selection changes the price per message.

    Voice call is the only channel charged per minute rather than per message: the field asks for minutes and the amount next to it reads "R$ X per minute". In the campaign total, voice minutes are counted separately from sends, so you never add two different units into the same number.

    Once you fill in a volume, the packages that cover the campaign appear, with the one-off package already selected — it is the one that does not change your monthly bill. Select the other package to see the price with it. The package used in the calculation is named just below the total.

    These use no credits at all:

    • WhatsApp Service messages (replies inside the 24-hour window);
    • Telegram;
    • website chat.

    Compare with other platforms

    The result card compares directly, in price per message — the unit you can check against the other platform's own pricing. The buttons list the platforms on file (ManyChat comes selected) and, below them, you get side by side:

    • Here, on this package — your price per message on the selected package;
    • the chosen platform — what the same message costs there;
    • what you pay today — only after you enter your own prices.

    The bars share one scale, so their relative size answers the question before you read the numbers. It closes with a sentence — "98% cheaper here" — and what that adds up to across the whole campaign.

    When the other platform is cheaper, the card shows the difference just the same, in a neutral tone: "R$ 0,0050 more per message here". The comparison is there for you to decide with, not to flatter us.

    Things that change how you read it:

    • The price per message is a volume-weighted average of what you simulated. Sending 10,000 marketing messages and 10 emails does not average out the same as the reverse.
    • Use the link below the figures to open the platform's public pricing and check where the price comes from.
    • A channel the other platform does not serve stays out of the comparison — on both sides. It is listed below the figures so you know what was left out.
    • "This channel is free on X" appears when the other platform does not charge for it. There is no percentage to work out in that case.
    • Provider figures come from their public pricing and may vary with the plan you have with them.

    Compare with what you already pay

    Click + my prices on the result card and enter your current provider's price per message, in reais, for whichever channels you want. On closing, the what you pay today line joins the selected platform's — the three figures side by side.

    If no platform is available to compare against, your line stands next to ours on its own — the comparison and the closing sentence still hold, now against the price you entered.

    Those values are stored only in the browser you are using: they are not sent to Clickmax and are not visible to other people in the workspace. Use Clear, inside the same window, to remove them.

    See what you already spent, in reais

    The amount in reais also shows in your statement, under Settings → Credit history:

    • on the By message type tab, the Cost in reais column shows what you spent on each channel, with the price per message just below it;
    • on the By send tab, the same column shows the cost of each send.

    Here the price is the one from the package you subscribed to — not the simulated one, because the statement shows spend that already happened. If you have no credit package, the column in reais does not appear: there was no price per credit paid to calculate from.

    A package replaces your current balance

    When you subscribe to a package, your balance becomes that package's amount. Credits left over from the previous package are not added on top — that is why the recommended package covers the campaign total rather than just the gap to your balance.

    If it didn't work

    • No calculator button? Your account may be missing a permission — see no permission.
    • No total showing? Reload the page: the calculator needs each channel's cost to run the numbers.
    • No amounts in reais and no comparison? The calculator could not load the credit packages, which is where the price comes from. The total in credits is still correct; reload the page and contact support if it persists.
    • The price per message changed on its own when I raised the volume? That is expected: the larger volume now needs a different package, and each package has its own price per credit. The package used in the calculation is named below the total.
    • The comparison and the "What do you pay today?" block are missing? Both only appear once you fill in some volume — with no simulated campaign there is nothing to compare.
    • The platform you use is not on the list? Enter its price in the What do you pay today? block and the comparison works the same way.
    • Volume above the largest package? The calculator shows a notice and how to reach the sales team for a custom deal.
