      • Why is there no Pix option when buying an add-on or credit package?

      Because the purchase is recurring. Under Settings → Plans, Limits and Credits, everything that renews each cycle — your plan, add-ons, the monthly credit package, contacts and seats — is charged by credit card only, and checkout shows just that payment method. The next renewal uses the card kept on file; without a card there would be no way to renew.

      Pix shows up on one-time purchases, the ones that do not renew — that is the case of the campaign credit package, bought once and added to your balance.

      If you have no card on file, add one before buying: under Settings → Plans, Limits and Credits, use the cards link.

      If it did not work

      • You bought it and the limit did not go up: the payment may not have been confirmed. Check the history under Settings → Plans, Limits and Credits.
