Why ClickMax opened the AI create box on my first sign-in
Because the ad that brought you in already said what you want to create. People who arrive through an ad for a funnel, page, quiz, members area or automation may see, once, that feature's "describe what you want and the AI creates it" box — instead of hunting for a starting point.
For every other account, the first screen is Max: you make your first request straight to it. ClickMax no longer shows a menu asking whether you want to create a funnel, pages or an automation.
Before you start
- Role: only whoever created the account. Accounts invited for support work only do not go through this.
- The box shows up after the first-access questions, never together with them.
- If you answered the questions in Max, the box does not open on its own: your first request was already made there. It stays available through the shortcut below.
- Ads for CRM and Instagram (ManyChat) have no first-session box.
- Nothing you do here changes what you can do on the platform. It is a shortcut, not a setting.
Closing and opening it again
Closing the box without sending counts as dismissing it: it does not come back on its own at your next sign-in — not even on another browser or phone.
To open it again, click More options at the bottom of the sidebar and pick Where to start. The shortcut only shows up for people who arrived through one of those ads. Accounts without access to the AI assistant see the regular creation options instead of that box.
