  • What Clickmax asks you on first access

On first access you answer two questions: monthly revenue and your profile. They don't show up right at the start: you land straight in Max, make your first request, and the questions show up when Max is finishing, with the notice Your result is almost ready. Both sit on a single screen and you send them in one go. When you click See result, what Max created appears in the same conversation — it keeps working while you answer.

There is no way to skip them. The wait only covers your first request: if you reload the page or come back to Max after you already made a request, the questions show up right away. If you leave Max before answering, they show up on the next screen, over the blurred platform behind them, and only go away once both are answered. Going back with the browser button or typing a different address outside Max brings you straight back to them.

    Before you start

    • Role: anyone who has just created an account goes through this. Accounts invited for support work only go straight in, without the questions.
    • No answer changes what you can do on the platform.
    • Accounts without access to Max answer the questions right at the start.
    • Came from the Rodar no Clickmax button in the tutorials? It works the same way: Max opens with your prompt already written, and the questions wait for the result. See How to create your account.

    The two questions

    QuestionOptions
    What is your operation's monthly revenue?I don't sell online yet · R$ 20k to R$ 50k · R$ 50k to R$ 100k · R$ 100k to R$ 500k · Above R$ 500k
What is your profile?Partner · Director · Agency · Beginner

These are bands, not exact figures: pick the one closest to where you are today. If you sit right between two, pick the lower one. I don't sell online yet covers both people who have not started selling online and people who sell but bill under R$ 20k a month.

    What the answers are for

They guide how you are supported. Whoever talks to you — support or the sales team — already knows the size of your operation and your role in it, and does not have to ask again in every conversation. It is the same information the diagnosis on the website asks for, so anyone who has been through it will recognise the options.

The answers are not public, do not appear on your pages or checkouts, and are not shared with your contacts. They stay confined to your account and to Clickmax support: no other account on the platform can see this information in contact filters or exports.

    Your first project

Sending your answers takes you straight into the platform, inside your first project: the workspace that groups funnels, pages, automations, products, sales and contacts. You do not have to create it — Clickmax creates it for you, named after your first name.

To change the name or the icon, open See all projects in the side menu and click Project Settings on the project. You can create more projects at any time, from the same screen. If you already have a project, no new one is created: you land in a project that was already yours.

    Your workspace identifier

If you are the Owner and answer the questions outside Max, the screen also shows the unique identifier generated for your workspace. When the questions show up in Max, so you can see the result, the identifier is not shown and keeps the generated value. Customizing it is optional either way, and you can change it at any time in Workspace Settings.

A custom identifier must contain 4 to 63 characters. Use only unaccented lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, include at least one letter, and do not place a hyphen at either end. Some names are reserved by Clickmax, and an identifier already used by another workspace is unavailable.

Changing the identifier updates workspace addresses. Old bookmarks and saved or shared links will stop working and open a 404 page, so update them after each change.

    Changing your answers later

The two questions are answered once and have no edit screen. If you picked the wrong band — because revenue grew, or because you mis-clicked — contact support via chat and tell them the correct answer.
